Terrible steam mop – Purchased this mop 6 months ago it’s the worst steam mop ever you have to continually hold button down for the steam to work. Not good for large floor areas your hand aches for holding button down continuously. This was never told by the sales rep in hoppers crossing store . This is certainly over priced for what it delivers. I had h20 previously should have bought anther one. Don’t buy not worth the money.

Worked so well at the start, until it didn't – This mop was a game-changer for me, so easy to use and effective at cleaning my hard floors without harsh chemicals. I bought from Harvey Norman, who were brilliant when my first mop stopped working propertly. Intermittent and less steam and a loud clicking noise signalled its demise. They replaced with a new one from their stock and all was well until this one did the same. Back to Harvey Norman, and they gave me their floor stock demo which was their last as they said there would be no others coming in. This one has also started to do the same thing. If it had been a few years of use I would accept this. But this isn't good enough. I'm $380 out of pocket and have to find a new one as I doubt Harvey Norman can do anything the 4th time around.
Purchased at Harvey Norman for $379.
Terrible waste of money – I bought POWERFRESH™ SLIM | 2233G from Godfrey’s. The first unit arrived and was simply useless. Steam comes out so inconsistently that it can’t be used as a hand held and barely functions as a mop. Godfrey’s replaced, and the second unit is the same. I have sent videos to Bissell and they agree that the unit is not functional and have offered to replace again- with the same flawed model! I’m asking for a full refund or a replace with a different model that is fit for service

Surprisingly the best steammop I ever had – We have purchased the previous model and it was faulty... It was triggering the power off. I was reluctant to purchase the same brand but we gave it a go... Really happy as how it cleans. Recommending this model.

Wish I had got it sooner – I've over the years had a couple of steam cleaners (and clothes steamers too) and also steam mops. While I eventually found a fabulous steam mop (Monster) every so often I'd be tempted again to try a steam cleaner and I'd be left disappointed. They took too long to heat up, didn't have enough power, etc. Enter the Bissell PowerFresh Slim - a steam cleaner that also has a mop attachment and clothes steaming attachment. This was essentially an impulse purchase after we bought a house and all of a sudden I was faced with tiles and grout that needed to be cleaned. I was hoping the Bissell would do the job but I was prepared to be disappointed.
Well, I finally motivated myself up to get off the couch this week and clean the grout in the shower and in the toilet. Oh my! Years of dirt was disappearing right in front of my eyes. I was absolutely floored at how well it did that. After that, I tackled the bathroom sinks and the kitchen stove (different brush of course) and I finished off by steaming the floor (out of curiosity because I'm happy with my Monster steam mop). Overall, this little machine is brilliant at cleaning, it heats up super fast and the design means that when you run out of water you can top it right up and continue as opposed to waiting for it to cool down. It is light and has a long power cord. I was really pleasantly surprised by its floor cleaning ability too (no streaks and just the right level of moisture so they dry quickly) and will definitely use it to steam the floors in the future too. I'm yet to try the clothes steaming attachment (or the other attachments that come with it - glass cleaning etc).
I do have some concerns about the durability of the attachments though (hence the one star off). After cleaning just one shower and toilet the grout brush is looking worse for wear. It looks like almost a third of the bristle length is gone and I wasn't even pressing hard. I'm not sure what this means in terms of future uses but I sure do hope it holds up more than just one use!

Just to be clear, I’ve had good service from Godfrey’s… but the Bisselll product is awful
