Worst design ever!! – I bought this on Thursday and took it back on Friday!! The steam billows out of the front of the machine, not under the pad, so it is lukewarm water by the time the pad goes over it, you might as well use a sponge and warm water. The amount of water left on the floor was unbelievable, and the steam added to the humidity, and probably encouraged mould growth. After 3 cleans the floor was still dirty. Dont waste your money!

Worst product and service EVER!! – New steam cleaner bought 20/03/17, 10 days later on its second use some kind of internal failure occured which resulted in my whole house tiled floor being smeared with a dull sticky residue and the pad and cleaner base covered in a black oily mess. I returned it to good guys clarkson w.a. as it was brand new I did not want any "repairs" done as I have washed my floors a dozen times and am still unable to get a glossy shine back so I could not trust this appliance to not fail again. They insisted it go away to the assessment centre, I refused based on the product being only 10 days old I contacted B& D customer service they emailed instructing I return to the good guys and to tell them to ring the service centre as quote " we will be able to handle the matter for you.". This I did and good guys said B&D told them to send it away just like the first visit (total waste of my valuable time) back home again another call to b& d on 4/4/17 they said that a courier would call and pick up the defective unit in a couple of days I was not happy with this arrangement but was given no choice. 14 days later the unit is still sitting by my front door no courier has contacted me b& d customer service also no follow up contact. $90 dollars wasted on a seriously defective steamer that it seems I am stuck with and can only end up in the bin or do I waste more of my life chasing up b&d customer service centre in the hope that someone can actually provide this customer with the service they are entitled to???
