difficult and frustrating. The vacuum has been treated well as instructions given in the booklet and used only for light use on wooden floorboards.The battery is not replaceable so it is a disposable vacuum (as acknowledged by the customer support that told me to chuck it in the bin and buy a new one) that will contribute to increase the Australian landfill even more. Black+Decker refused to help being the warranty expired by one week.

Update 12/09/22: after further communication with the company they kindly agreed to replace the faulty unit with a new one, so well done Black+Decker, 4 stars to them.
