multivitamins on any of the websites are possibly fake. This product needs to be discontinued asap before it makes more people suffer.

and b12 can in some cases heighten anxiety. There were alot of people agreeing that these vitiams for some people cause more trouble than good. I have stopped taking these and feel more relaxed after 2 days.. hopefully this was the cause I can go back to my normal feeling of life.

Warning causing lung problems – I have been using this product for about 5 years on and off. I can definetely tell you that this is causing lung issues. alot of unusual noises from my stomach from after lunch and on, I was getting alot of gas build up and they have really thrown my bowel movement cycle out of whack. I'm always regular and my body knows when I'm home in the afternoon, its potty time. Well these Multi's having got running to the loo after lunch at work and boy, they are EXPLOSIVE! Anyway, when this first took place, I questioned, is it the Blackmores Multi's or do I have a bug, so I stopped taking them for a week and everything calmed down and went back to normal. So I let a week pass and started taking them again and once again, by the end of the week, same outcome!!!

Now I'm happy for anyone from Blackmores to contact me about this, because it was the worst decision ever to change from Swisse Multi's and I'm most happy to receive a refund and to hand over the some 120 odd tablets I have left.

Blackmore is the best – You really get what you pay, nothing can beat this Blackmore products. They are produced in Australia, only the packaging are overseas. I would save my daily coffee to get this. Awesome!

Good good not bad – Started trying this in response to a mentally fatiguing schedule and found this boosted my energy level dramatically. The first dosage turned my pee fluoro yellow which is alarming at first aha. Other than that I'm yet to take it for its other sexual performance benefits but i can see why.

Yes ! – Bought a 150 pack as recommended by GP, so far it's all positive as I am sleeping well. I just need to go back to the gym and also start trainning Table Tennis to see if I'll get over fatigue. that it really works. It's not an immune system boosting multi-vitamin, so you still have to eat a well balanced diet, but it helps me avoid having to run to coffee and sugar for an energy boost. Gets me through a 18 hr day of university, work and late night study! Effective (can feel the benefits.) Taste, Pee Colour (haha)

Useless product – I have used this product and it doesn't fulfill its promises. It makes me extremely sleepy and lazy instead of improving my performance. Terrible – I get mouth ulcers when my B2 is low, even 10 mgm will work for me. But Men's Performance is not working at all. When I switch to other brand it works perfectly. I have written to Blackmore and getting no help from them. Sounds good. Dosn't work at all.
