sick. We are constantly being lied to and mislead by manufacturers. Why aren't they forced to include the ingredients on the label?

I have health issues and take 4000 iu per day - also highly recommended dose for covid protection ETC! – Got 3 bottles from woolys. The dark coating makes them stick to each other very stongly don't like . Going in my gut ! Going to biff as D is so important re covid ETC ETC . Back to clear coating for me . Show details

the glass or plastic that i used as i tried both. i could play with it!!!!.. i am sorry but i find that this is concerning and i would be very cautious in taking these. as stated before Iron Oxide is present, why and what part does it play in delivering VIT D3. for the TGA response and ingredient list please refer to their data sheet.

so iron oxide when researched most common is rust or there are other references to Graphene oxide iron and nanoparticles. I am not saying it is, but why is it added now and not before. id be checking all veggie cap vitamins just to be sure.

It has Graphene in it. glass I are very concerned. I done my own test, the vitamins D3 have metals magnetic in them, I m now very Worried of what the Consequences of taking x 3 per day for 2 years.

Too many ingredients I don't want - they are red in colour, however Blackmores were helpful – I bought these Blackmores Vit D3 on sale at Chemist Warehouse, but found they were red in colour as compared with the usual clear coloured capsules. lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, purified water, Soya Oil.

Compare this with the list of other ingredients in the Swisse Vitamin D3: Gelatin, glycerol, purified water, Soya Oil. Much simpler.

I tried to take the Blackmores product back to Chemist Warehouse, but this is a waste of time as they don’t answer their phones or reply to emails.

However, I was offered contact with Blackmores advisory service and was offered a refund. I have arranged this via reply paid with the product back to Blackmores. So I made it a 3 star review overall.

Blood tests showed increased vitamin D levels – I've been taking these capsules for the last seven years to prevent calcium deposits in my coronary arteries and a calcium score showed I've been successful. Vitamin K2 should always be taken with vitamin D3 to direct calcium into bones and away from the coronary arteries.

Caution advised – Caused diarrhea after first try.. thinking of changing to another brand. Luckily I bought the 60 caps bottle and it was going for 20% discount. May have to throw it away.

You see, most vitamin capsules are made with oil and oil can go rancid over time. Even if the capsules have a date on them, there is no way to know how long the oil was sitting around before it was packaged. If you feel sick, get sleepy, get a metallic or foul taste in your mouth or think that you are ‘allergic’ to vitamin d- then the very first thing to do is to change your Vitamin D Supplement to one that is either:

Packed in Coconut Oil- which doesn’t go rancid

Is packed ‘dry’ without oil

and this might solve your vitamin d side effects.

Get nausea, diarrhea
