morning with breakfast and WOW reduced hot flashes and night sweats to the point where I'm not sure I'm even having them anymore. I dont want to tempt fate and declare myself cured but will say definately working for me.

Amazing product – Amazing product started working for me within 10 days of using it. I was getting periods every 2 weeks but am now back to a regular 28 day cycle thanks to vitex. The only downside is the tablets are very very difficult to swallow, I have even tried cutting in half to make smaller but its still hard. I have actually had one lodged in my throat at one point which was really scary.

Vitex is great, but these tablets are painful to swallow – I've used Vitex for about 3 months now and credit it with helping me to conceive last month after a long time of suffering from a short luteal phase. throat 3/3 times that I've taken them. The tablets are not only large but they are FAT and have sharp edges, and also seem to be somewhat sticky. The worst possible combination. I am giving up on these in favour of Blooms. I've never really had any issues swallowing tablets before, and my prenatal vitamin is a larger tablet overall (but longer and flatter) and doesn't get stuck at all. These are beasts. Contains Vitex Extremely painful to swallow.
