I agree with all poor reviews. After sales service is completely unhelpful. My hose split like other reviews, and waiting a week now for a response from T2 who does the after sale service. You can call them up but they won’t help you with the phone only via email. Then they just don’t respond.

Be warned. Yes it looks good but don’t be fooled. Absolute rubbish. So annoying that it keeps dripping when you turn it off. Extremely low water pressure. Never again Show details

Bad quality and terrible after sales service – After having a Franke tap service us very well for many years, my wife wanted a new tap to complement the kitchen, so ordered the Blanco Linus (pull out) tap. The 10 year warranty led me to believe that it was a quality product. All the faults others have listed were present. Not only did the hose split and flood my kitchen, but the warranty… Read more

company (T2 Services) were slow to respond, disingenuous, and rude. My wife is an interior designer and specifies product all the time. No longer will she be using Blanco.

Low water pressure – I agree with every one of the poor reviews. We have used the mixer tap over the kitchen sink for a year. Had enough of the minimual pressure and have replaced it with an Italian mixer tap that is great quality and cost less. As soon as it was installed the sink filled in half the time and I did not have to wait the 2 seconds for the water to stop… Read more

running. I agree that the pull out nozzle on the Blanco mixer is tight and as a previous reviewer said it is heavy and a 2 handed job, entirely useless to clean the gunk off plates. Another bad point is the water flow, does not rinse a big sink. I did a test and it is nothing like the 4 star, 7.5 litres per minute flow that the mnufacturer states. It was under 5 and that is way too slow and this is with the restricter removed.

Looks good. But keeps running after you turn it off. Apparently that feature is intentional… – I thought that a brand new tap costing hundreds of dollars would stop running when you turn it off. Blanco now tell me they’ve deliberately designed this tap so that when you turn it off, it still expels all the water between the lever and the outlet. So you have to train yourself to turn it off about 2 secs before you actually want the flow to… Read more

stop. Strangely enough they don’t promote this design ‘feature’ on their website. I suspect because if they did, people wouldn’t buy it. Wish I’d never bought it and makes me grumpy every time I accidentally overfill something yet again. Looking for an excuse to get a plumber out because when I do, I’ll get them to put a proper tap in.

Extremely poor customer service – Was very happy with this tap until the hose spontaneously broke one Sunday afternoon (15 months after installation). I lodged the case for repair the following day and was told that due to staff shortages it would likely take up to 72 hours for a repair. Three weeks and countless phonecalls and emails later my tap is still not repaired. At one… Read more

point (10 days in), when I advised custome service on how inconvenient it was not to have a working kitchen sink with a 1 year old and a 3 year old at home I was told I should do my washing in the laundry sink. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product or company given the poor customer service provided when the item breaks down.

Not a good tap – Was disappointed with this tap from the beginning. The water pressure is very low and after a couple of year's use there is a leak coming from underneath somewhere. No surprise given the water pressure it is holding back. The tap drips every time after turning off for a few seconds. The tap handle has become worn and tarnished and looks old… Read more

already. The pull out part is so tight it's a two hand job to yank out and it feels like something will break. In summary I would definitely not recommend this tap. When the plumber comes to fix the leak we will be replacing with a different tap.

Not what it looks like – Great looking mixer, but that’s where it stops unfortunately. We purchased the grey mixer to compliment the Blanco Siligranite sink, they look great however the tap had very poor pressure and has just started dripping at only 6 months old.  Show details

Taps are supposed to stop when you switch them off – The tap looks nice enough, but when you switch it off it continues to run for a second or 2. I thought it might have been defective, but Blanco assured me that while it might seem abnormal its actually completely normal. No other taps do it..its not normal. Also, the pressure is pretty bad and not strong enough to blast food particles off plates. Show details

The best fit for deep bath – With the selection of a free standing bath we needed a good quality, Blanco Minus Mixer tap. I absolutely love the strength of the tap as I rely upon it to maneuver myself out of the bath. A matching set compliments the deep round black hand basins into two bathrooms.  Show details

Keep away from this mixer – I bought one of these mixers, and after two months the lever didn't screw on and kept getting loose. I complained to supplier and after three months got an identical replacement. The same fault occurred after just another two months and I have had to wait for another three months for a replacement mixer, this time a different model. Keep away!  Show details

Nice looking but not secure – Tap looks and functions nice though securing it down is another thing. Installation called for one being installed in timber bench, other in stainless steel sink. No matter what we tried we could not get the bracket/nut lockibg assembly to pull the mixer down tight to bench/sink. There was side to side movement even with the securing nut/bracket… Read more

on the verge of breaking. Simply put, just a bad locking down design.

It took two of us plumbers, one to steady hold the mixer the other to have multi grips hold the underside bracket whilst the other hand tighten the long shaft nut.

The mixer will loosen over time gaurenteed because the outlet does not have full 360 degree movement. It stops far left and far right which is quite okay but these types can and will loosen the underside securing assembly if you accidently over exert the far left/ far right movement.

Blanco definitely needs to re think the underside securing assembly.

I feel value has not been provided to the customer from me the installer because the time of installation and the ongoing support they will need when they call upon Blanco customer warranty support in the future.
