Stopped working after 13 months! – TV stopped working and is only 13 months old. Does not turn on. Called the warranty number to find out it's not covered because it is out of warrantly by one month. I will never buy Blaupunkt again. Disgraceful to have a TV die so soon, not environmental at all. In the end, the company agreed to fix the tv through their warranty repair person who was really good. Their customer service person on the phone was nice too.

Low quality TV – Poor speakers/sound. Did try settings to get a better result, not much luck. Made a mistake buying, based a poor advise from retailer. Cheap made in China knock-off simply using a famous German brand name.  Show details

Tv is rubbish – Been a lemon since new, doesn't work properly . Doesn't respond to commands with remote even with new remote sent out. Customer service worse . Kept blaming my wifi and refused to send out technician . Stay away

Good value for money overall – Bought the 65” from Bing Lee for $888.00. It is what you would expect for the price, when you could pay up to $5-$10,000 for a 65” tv. There are definitely a few issues with some of the functions. I have to switch power off and reboot regularly to retrieve channel info. The Aptoide app is pretty average. (literally) to the touch. Navigation is very easy - plenty of inputs. After my LG died three months out of a 3yr warranty I am more likely to buy a cheaper tv than spend money on big names.

than many others, the stands/feet for this tv are right at the edges...rather than a fat centre stand...my old tv was larger and could stand on a smaller cabinet & overhang a little on the sides...not this one

Inefficient and unacceptable after sales service – Purchased 21/12/2017. Seemed to be tuned for the US as unable to access Australian Netflix and ABC IView etc. Had to buy and Apple attachment in order to access these services. part had been ordered - no one has seen the television to date. 7/6/2018 we contacted the company to be told that the part had arrived and someone would contact us to arrange a visit. 12/6/2018 we reconnected the company to be told that the part was now on order AGAIN AFTER IT HAD ARRIVED LAST WEEK. Really not impressed with this service after purchase and the intermittent problems with the set. This is our first experience with this make of television.
