I have been very disappointed with Blink. I purchased a five camera system with the intent to add a video doorbell and monitor via there subscription service. Unfortunately they will not sell the doorbell in Australia. This has made the system useless unless I subscribe to another service for another brand doorbell. Also they claim the battery life is two years. This is not true, from my experience the batteries supplied with the cameras have lasted less than six months. Do not waste your money there are far better options.

Look elsewhere – Where to start. On a positive, the camera seems pretty sturdy & well built. What lets it down is the awful app. Takes forever to connect, even with good internet connection. Picture quality is poor & for some reason it has a dead man switch, meaning you have to press ‘continue’ every 10 seconds when watching live view. This feature cannot be turned off. It’s frustrating & in my opinion, completely ruins this product.
