Excellent product – I initially used it for general health and to boost my immune system, and found that it dramatically reduced my joints pain ( elbows & knees) that I no longer have pain. I have been using it now for over 12 months, no side effects.

No benefit at all – I have been taking these capsules for several months, but feel no benefit at all. I started taking them in the hope they would help my arthritic wrists but am left disappointed especially as they are expensive. Whenever I read on a label 'may help such and such' I should know by now to leave it on the shelf. trying all these products has wasted lots of $s for me.
