The constant blinking when they're bluetoothed? 7/10. But when you wear glasses at night and these s#ckers are in your ears? -500/10 The night time blinking is off the chart. Show details
Worst headphones ever. These headphones are janky, controls are unresponsive. They fall out of my ears despite multiple sizes and they run the battery flat when they aren't being used. Wireless range is impressive, which would be of some degree of interest at all if these didn't suck. This website says don't use agressive language, but these… Read more
headphones are a joke and my $30 kmart headphones crap on them from such a height that it makes it look like god himself did it. I understand the logic in the same blueant. Cause like ants every time I see them I want to stomp on them.
$250 of your hard earned money. Remember that... an entire day's wages for me I've spent on these headphones, which now I will never get back because they are utterly atrocious. To say I am angry and disgusted by these is an understatement. And blueant is the antithesis of slapping a high price tag on a garbage product and you'll sucker someone to buy. Too bad it was me.. don't fall to the same mistake. JBL, or even apple and Samsung have terrific quality headphones and earbuds on sale, which will perfectly suit your needs. $250 is an investment and I'm disgusted I'm invested in a product that didn't last 3 months despite the fact they are offered in 12 month mobile phone plans...
For a woman with average ear size they don't fit at all. Even after removing the spongy bit that fits in the ear they still fall out the moment I tilt slightly. If I am outside sitting still and there's a slight bit of wind they disconnect. They stopped being in sync so I recalibrated many times without success. Thus only one earbud works at any given time. Battery lasts about 2 hours. Sound us good. Show details

Bad connection – Worked well once, can now only pair one or the other, very dissapointed Show details
It’s good I guess – They’re ok. Have 7 sizes for the earbuds which is handy. They stay in my ears ok when walking, but lifting things and going up/down stairs are a bit iffy. Within first month the charging case completely stopped charging but received a new case within a week, however a few months later I dropped the case and one part of the charging bud broke,… Read more
altho it still charges. I find that it doesn’t really turn off. Once you turn it off, when you put it in the charging case it seems to turn back on, so I have to make sure I turn off my Bluetooth as well. I can go in another room and it works great, but put my phone in my pocket and it starts buffering. Overall I think they’re ok. I think the sound quality is actually really good so I’m willing to keep using them til they break before I fork out and buy better earbuds.

Good for what I wanted them for – I really like my blueant headphones. I've had them for around a year now. They're a good fit for me (I use them mostly for fitness stuff 3-4 times a week: treadmill(running 15-20min), jumping, situps, pushups, have also used for basketball and while rollerskating. Never had them fall out. The connectivity was also good, easy to connect and stayed… Read more
connected (I go the gym late at night, i leave my phone on some unused seat and use equiptment all over the gym, unless there is a wall between it genrally stays connected.)
They block out most of the background noise (gym music, people talking). I wasn't looking for amazing sound quality, but I'd say if you're a bit of an audiophile...don't go for these. They're not terrible, like I didn't find they distorted any of the music or made things sound terrible, but they're average in sound.
Now when I first got mine the charge in the little case lasted ages (so I'd charge it once and didn't have to charge it again for 3 days, for heavy use (daily, 1-2 hours) and weekly if I only used them for 1 hour 3-4 times a week. Now I find I need ti charge them daily) but for the purpose I use them for, I'm okay with this. I just charge them before I go to my activity and they last me the duration 30-60min.
In conclusion. Wouldn't get to use as an everyday headphone, but highly recommend as a use as headphones for training, they stay in well and stay connected. Still happy with them.
Disappointing – I received my blueant pumps as a Christmas gift last year. I used them every minute of every day, I was obsessed with them, the sound quality was amazing it was reliable and fit my active lifestyle. A few months after receiving them I’d noticed that they would randomly lose connection to my phone even if my phone was in my pocket, it was annoying… Read more
at first but it didn’t bother me that much. I’ve had them for almost 6 months now and they are extremely annoying to deal with, they constantly connect to my Apple TV, my iPad and Laptop when they were last connected to my phone. The left bud dies within 5 minutes of usage, and that’s the worst part of the them I get anxious every time I pop them in, I feel that the left sides going to die at any second. Sometimes I put them in to have a quick run around the oval after 5 max hours of charge and I volume very and the left side dies in under 2 minutes it’s completely ridiculous. I loved my blueants but I think I might buy some AirPods because at least I know they’re reliable.
I love the headphones but – I purchased these headphones from Jb Hi Fi. They were on sale when I purchased them. I found the head phones easy to use and charge. They are comfortable to wear. I was able to change the ear rubber section as it came with a number of sizes to fit my ear. I found using the headphones with my old phone had a delayed sound but when I used my new… Read more
Samsung the sound was perfect. I used them while running on the treadmill but found when I go for runs outdoor, the connection sometimes is lost and the songs jump. This became quite frustrating as I kept having to stop and readjust the location of the phone distance to the head phones. I found that by having the phone attached to my arm was okay but when I put them on my hips (I have a bumbag type case to hold my phone) it jumped. The head phones charge quickly and last a long time. The charging dome/box is very cute and handy when travelling. The cable is also quite short which works as well as I don't like long cables. These headphones produce great quality sound. They have only 1 button on the right ear headphone which stops, plays and answers phone calls. There is no volume control on the head phones which can be frustrating at times but the quality overcomes the frustrations. Overall, I highly suggest these headphones.

Exceptional customer service from BlueAnt team – I had a trouble with my earbuds and they replaced it without any hassle. I started having problem after 7 months. but it was covered all under warranty. Sound quality is good Show details
benefit for music – I have both the pump soul and pump air and they both have a delay if playing a video, it is slight but is noticeable. Audio is very clear, but the delay is something to think about if you are using them for more purposes then just music Show details
Excellent quality headphones – This is my second pair. Would highly recommend them. I use these headphones to listen to music and podcasts from my phone or laptop, mostly. They have so many options for rubber parts that “fit” in your ear, you have many choices to be sure they’ll fit and secure during exercise, gardening, housework etc. the volume is great. The sound is great.… Read more
The range is not bad. I can be 12-15m away (indoors or out) before they Start to drop out. They connect easily, and also connect automatically once you e done the first connection (which is painless). Excellent, value for money, headphones.

You will never get them both to pair – You will spend hours trying to pair these to your phone. Such a waste of money. Pairing should not be this hard! Multiple instruction's to get both earbuds to work at the same time, but they never both paired together. Gave up after 2 nights! Took mine back to the store and spend a few more $$$ to get a better pair. And they connected in under 2 minutes. Show details

Worst product – I bought one from Costco on black Friday sale. I fully charged it. The earbuds are not pairing after so many attempts. One managed to connect after I pressed it hard. The other one is not charging. What a piece of crap. I wonder why Costco are selling these. What a waste of time and what a frustration it brings. Don't buy. Show details
Epic Fail – BlueAnt PUMP AIR ANC, Bought 21/11/22. The ear buds do not appear to want to charge on the first day, charged overnight and still the same in the morning. I thought maybe they wouldn't connect because they didn't have enough charge but the lights came on and once the computer could see the device after trying for over three hours it always said… Read more
10% charge. I did manage to get sound out of them but only one ear bud at a time and only once each. The sound was ok from what I could hear, not fantastic like my Samsung pair. I could not get another connection ever again even after hours of trying, I gave up and I really wanted them to work. I will take them back to JB HIFI today on the second day of trying to get these most frustrating ear buds I ever had to operate. The ONKO pair I bought from Kmart for $25 were fantastic, the sound was really nothing special but they worked instantly, no problems with connecting there.

Weak battery poor fit to ears – Battery life is really low, the case for recharging breaks off on the hinge and the ear fit is poor.
Simply put, don't waste your money on these. I've never had so much trouble trying to connect both ears onother ear buds – The first day my long bus travel was good, both ears worked. Have not had that luck since, only one connects at a time. Whoever designed these should quit their job for real Show details
The battery only lasts for 40 minutes after 12 months – - Worked fine to start with. - There is issues with the connection to phone or smart watch via Bluetooth where sound cuts out when moving your head. - Battery Life after 12 months last less than 40minutes. Website claimed would be 3 hours (at 75% volume). That is over 80% drop in battery performance Show details
Mediocre at best – Not so simple to connect. The design is not nice to wear in your ear and they fall out easily. Compared to the Apple ear pods these are very average. Show details
Cutting out so many times – I listen to my music with the BlueAnt Pump air 2s and for some reason they cut out when I turn my head to the side even though, there isn't anything in the way of the headphones. I find this really annoying when I'm listening to my music. I wouldn't reccomend getting BlueAnt Pump air 2s, as they aren't worth their price. For $179.00 they aren't… Read more
that good as I thought they were going to be. It's loud yes but it's not nice when it keeps on cutting out especially in crowded places and when I turn my head.
Rubbish connection – Don't waste you time on these! #1) horrible connection #2) horrible connection. Even when you have a mobile in your pocket and your ear buds in your ears. Slight problems can occur like when your knee down and your forearms cover the mobile. You lose connection. The distance of connection is $hit. You put your mobile down. Walk to next room.… Read more
Static occurs and you lose connection. No volume up. Answer and call is swear word. The list goes on. Don't buy it, period! You will regret!
Had 2 pairs that stopped charging – I returned the 1st pair after a few weeks because 1 earned wouldn't charge. I had the 2nd pair less than a year before lockdown, when I went to return to the gym 1 of the ear buds wouldn't charge. It was 1 week past the 1 year warranty period so I contacted the manufacturer but got no response. Won't buy Blue Ant again Show details

First day I bought Blueant Pump Air X the right ear bud would not turn on at all. Returned & upgraded to Jabra 85t – I listen to music and watch videos. The sound was no were near as good as Jabra. I certainly won't be buying Blueant ear buds again. Buyer beware, overpriced & overrated! Show details
just so so – before u buy this product, really think twice when and where r u going to use it and how long do u want to use it. the price is at mid. key cons: back lid of the plug will easily loose and popout if u drop it. donot push the plug too hard into your ear or the rubber head will be stuck in your ear-especially u r using the small size rubber battery… Read more
life not too bad. big problem with the charging case-it CANNOT disconnect the plugs from ur phone time from time. so u will find the plug and the charger case all run out off power and your phone lost a lot of power as well.
Awful product – Good built but the sound quality is super poor. The connection on my phone keeps dropping and I do not know how to fix it. My phone was updated and still having he same issue. I won't buy another BlueAnt product. Show details
Good sound, small earphones – Not a bad headphone. I liked the sound quality but had a lot of trouble with them staying in my ears when walking and working out at the gym. They would fall out easily and not make a sound when dropped so I got would lose them alot Show details
Great for gym – Great quality and easy to pair. I’m a sweaty person with training and these are sweat proof. Comfy and don’t fall off. Absolutely perfect for my needs. Even got a dpare Show details
Really bad lifespan – Had a set of these for just over a year. First 6-7 months they worked beautifully, however now i charge them for 8 hours and barely get 7 minutes, 7 MINUTES out of them. I commonly listen to indie music and find them great for when im in class. But the life span is really bad and aren't worth much after 6 months. Show details
Sound quality is poor – Build quality is good. They connect, no issues. The fit is good, nice and tight with a good seal in the ear.For me it all comes down to sound. The sound quality is very poor. I'm no audiophile but compared to other options they sound tinny, no bass. It was a huge let down because I bought them from JB-Hifi and the sales person raved about them. Show details
Diabolical Battery life for both charge base and headphones – Bought these about a year ago at Townsville airport, base charge has always been pretty poor in that it does not hold its charge for more than a few days. But now its a lot worse, base does not charge at all so can only charge the earpods directly through the base. The sound is really good when its working and I found that putting the pods in your ear the right way up (and not the way you think) works a treat. Show details
