Misleading company – I signed up for a year as there was a $15 promotion. The next year I wasn’t notified or alerted about an auto renewal and was charged $180 lump sum, even when their website states $24.95 a month. Dealing with the company directly has been horrible and they have not been understanding at all. Many other people online have had the same issue, some people have been blocked from the fb group when they speak up. It’s so wrong and subscription traps is an issue the ACCC are aware of.
