VerifiedMPN: PRC60001352 reviews
My room is 16sqm , I had this unit running for three hours , vented with the window baffle plate , It wouldn't get the room below 27 degrees , and so loud the TV can't be heard ! I can't understand why a manufacturer puts so much effort into making a product that doesn't work ?
Follow-up · A1/ The exhaust and window baffle are fine, durable enough and easy to fit. A2/ The outside temperature was 31 C , a hot day . A3/ My place is a small cabin 3m x 5.3m , , pretty much a tiny home , so ,no I didn't try other rooms

Probably one of the worst electrical appliance purchases I've made. As an air conditioner it's adequate but noisy. But this model is also sold as a de-humidifier and heater. The former only works for about 15 minutes before the water needs to be drained. And the unit needs to be lifted off the ground to access the release plug as it's at the bottom of the appliance. Lifting the alliance also spills water out of the appliance, which is an electrical hazard. As a heater the thermostat doesn't read the room temperature correctly. This is due to poor design as it reads the internal temperature as the room temperature. So it turns off too soon. See the photo where it says 31 degrees instead of the room temperature that was closer to 22 degrees. Also, the heater requires draining of water, which goes back to the earlier problem. I've since elevated the unit off the ground to access the drain plug, which then becomes a tip hazard. I've got two of these units and both have the same problems, so it's not a random fault, rather poor design and cheap build quality. Bonaire is aware of these problems, but little they could say or do. They offered an exchange, but ironically, there were no other units in stock in Australia at the time. Not that an exchange would solve any of these problems anyway. Oh, and the instruction manual is one of the more useless examples of paperwork for any applicance I've ever purchased.
