Lack of customer service / Device not operating continuously – 20/8/20 - Unreliable product. We've had it for a few months, after Covid lockdowns. It took a while to set up and was working for a few hours, but quite complicated. Several times it needed to be turned off and on to reset. It took 2 or 3 days to completely work it out and to be operating fully. We had it paired to 4 devices, tv receiver, sound bar, dvd player and the surround sound system, I would say it only worked turning all the devices on, about 60% first time. It seemed quite slow. I wd have to close the app and then open it again. I found waiting for that extra few seconds worked MOST of the time, but not always. We tried to contact them for assistance, but no returned calls, or email reply. Hence …. now we have a Logitech one which seems great, after only a few hours. It operated literally seconds after putting the app on my phone, after hubby had set it up and put the app on his phone.
