Love this cot – Easy slide down safety side which can only be put down from the exterior of the cot. Is the perfect height from newborn-toddler & I love that it converts into a toddler bed & can also be used as a headboard for an ensemble bed when they are older. That's multi purpose right there!

Great cot! – This cot is extremely sturdy. It looks great and I love that it can be converted into a toddler bed. We have only recently moved our son into this cot and so far so good. My only concern is that we struggled to lift the side but currently that's not a major issue as the matttess is at the top height and there's no need to lower the side. I'm… Read more

sure with a bit of practice it will be fine. Though that is something I would recommend getting a feel for in the store.

Another minor issue for some may be that the mattress is rather large so a standard sheet won't fit. That didn't bother me, I found the Living Textiles brand had the correct size.

Overall I'm really happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of service.

2nd Baby & still going strong. Great purchase - Very happy – Have had this cot now for 2 children and it has just been taken down to make way for the new "big bed". Also conversion for small bed which was convenient. Well worth the money. Whisper quiet, single handed drop & lift on the side of the cot which was the best with a sleeping babe in arms. Put together in 20 mins or so with partner. Very sturdy &… Read more

well made...How do I know?? On a "screaming" night when our boy was inconsolable & could not get to sleep I left in frustration. 20 minutes later my partner came out and said " I gave him what he wanted" "Which was???" I asked. He answered "Me - with him - in the cot" - I laughed "What? You climbed in the cot? All 6 ft something & 85 kilo of you?" My partner responded "Well the cot's sturdy and he's asleep!" Having said that I don't think the official specifications recommend the weight of 12 a month old and your partner but it does prove how well made it is!! So we bid a fond adieu to this awesome cot and write a review in it's honor-we have loved you well,. And hope someday another family will have as much fun (& not so much heartache!) The easy glide lift & drop side to the cot. Sturdy...and looks awesome!! It was pricey but....I think worth it (some things are worth paying more for)

Good – We have been very happy with this cot. It is very well made and beautifully presented. We would happily recommend it to anyone. Very sturdy construction, which is reassuring when leaving baby in it. The side slides up and down very easily - it can be done with your foot when you have your hands full. Three height levels for the cot base for the… Read more

different ages of your baby, however we felt that at the newborn level the rails were not high enough to offer enough protection in case the baby learns to roll.

A beatuiful cot. Slightly difficult to put together.

Due to it's size only certain sheets will fit.

Expensive brand new, thankfully we got ours at a bargin price on ebay. although resale value is always good.

Due to thickness of rail at the back of the cot the only places you can put a mobile are at either end of the cot.

Solid as a rock! – Bought this second hand on ebay as couldn't afford a new one. Its 4 yeas old and still going strong. Such good quality wood. Bought a new mattress to fit. Love the look and style and just the overall quality. The Boori website even has the old instructions to put the cot together which was super happy as we had to pull it apart to transport it.… Read more

At the beginning I used a Snuggle bed as my baby was premmie and just looked tiny but am looking forward to watching her grow up in this bed and not having to buy another bed for years to come. GIven I bought this second hand its also got a good resale value! Quality workmanship Expensive but well worth it.

Good – We are very happy with this purchase, we have had no problems with it at all (apart from the extemely long wait for its arrival which bordered on ridiculous. I like the one handed drop, and the roll out drawer is so handy. The matching furniture - chest, change table have been great also, our baby boy's room looks fabulous. I really like the… Read more

Boori Paddington 3 in 1 cot. It is sturdy, good quality timber and finish which looks terrific, love the large size, changes to suit our babies needs, and it was easy (for my partner) to assembly! Can't think of any.

Best cot ever! best investment ever made, love it! – Im so glad we spent the extra money to buy this cot, it is larger than other cots, has a higher (bassinet) setting for when bub is small, then you simply lower the base once bub is attempting to stand. it then converts to a toddler bed with side rails, my son was in it until 4yrs, now bub number two is using it, it still looks as new! by always… Read more

using a waterproof mattress protector, the mattress has also lasted, so in the longterm it has saved us lots of money. the side of the cot is so easy and quiet to move up and down with one hand, it is the absolute best buy i have ever made. I will be keeping it as it also turns into a 2 seater lounge chair for a sunroom or kids rumpus room, i beleive this solid timber piece will last a long time, if im lucky i will be using it for my grandkids to sleepover! everything! solid timber, easy to use, versatile, safe and comfortable. have not found anything to dislike

Excellent – If you are prepared to pay the money (dont forget to shop around and haggle haggle haggle) it is worth every cent. Good looking furniture makes for a beautiful babies room! My son used this cot first and now my daughter and other than the chew marks (thanks baby) it still looks like new! Very stable unit. This is a great cot and looks stylish too!… Read more

I love the one handed side operation - much better than the days of needing two hands at the same time to put side down! Price is a bit up there and yeah I also think you are paying for the name but the quality is definately there.

Excellent – I love the look of this cot and find it easy to use. I am so happy with it and the quality is unsurpassable. Great selection of colours too - we have english oak! I love my Boori Paddiington cot! I was first attracted by the look of the cot and the quality. I love the fact that it has different heights. We had it high when our bubs were small and… Read more

then lowered it as they grem. It is so easy to raise the side and put it down again. My partner was a bit concerned about the price. But with more than one child, the quality was worth the price.

Excellent – This was the very first cot we ever purchased, and what a great investment! We chose it because it could be used as a junior bed or a day bed/sofa, so we could get more from our money, whereas cheap cots are useless once outgrown. Our second child loves it so much he is still using it (he's nearly four!) so when baby number 3 came along we bought… Read more

another Boori cot. Now we are expecting number 4, I am definite to keep using our first Boori. The quality is great - you get what you pay for. They are extremely heavy, and impossible for a heavy kid to tip over. The fact that it can be converted makes it a useful piece of furniture and value for money. The side rail mechanism is excellent. Quality; styling; easy mechanism for lowering side; height adjustable; has different uses (eg day bed); nice and heavy so baby can use for a long time without tipping it over. Very expensive, but worth the investment. If the store doesn't have in stock there can be a 3 month delay to order one in. Can sometimes be hard finding Boori sized sheets.

Very good cot indeed – Very sturdy construction, considering our second child is strong, it handles all he can throw at it. The side slides up and down very easily. The three height levels for the cot base are very good, but we only ever used the middle and bottom ones, becuase the top one seemed a little too high for comfort. They are very expensive new, but we bought… Read more

ours second hand off E-bay and it is still going strong. Very sturdy, well designed. You have to buy a larger sheet size. Mobiles don't attach to the cot very well.

Excellent – It's very quiet and smooth so it doesn't wake my baby at all. Other than the price, it's definatly worth it. It will change into a toddler bed later. Looks fantastic. Easy to use. Was a bit difficult to put the sliding side together.

Excellent – This cot was given to us as a gift from my brother in law. I love the one handed drop side and the great range of colours to complement your nursery. For an extra cost, you can also get the roller storage system that you put underneath the cot. Great for storing nursery manchester and all your other baby stuff. Shop around. We got ours on sale… Read more

at Baby Kingdom and they threw in the roller storage system for free. I agree haggle, haggle and haggle some more. Take the plunge...you won't regret it. This cot will be enjoyed by your child for many years to come! Excellent quality, sturdy. It looks good. The price - but well worth it as it coverts to a toddler bed for later on.

Excellent – I am so glad I got this cot. The first cot I got was driving me crazy as the side was so difficult to lower. This cot looks good, is easy to use and I assume my child will like it as he gets older because it is a bit bigger than the average cot, so will be more roomy. It is a bonus that the cot converts into a junior bed. I got this cot because it… Read more

the side can be dropped using just one hand (accompanied by a small push in the middle of the side with your knee). It is SO much easier than the cot I had first which required two hands to move the annoying plastic pegs at each side in order to drop the side down. The cot is very heavy (once assembled) so it doesn't shift around when you lift or lower the side and the child can't move the cot if they jump around inside it. I also like the way this cot looks, but this wasn't a major factor in choosing it. It is very expensive... after all it is still just a pine cot. You pay for the Boori name.
