Bosch PRO GFR 18V-23

Purchased this line trimmer from Bosch professional range and after using 3 times the cutting line cartridge wore out and stopped working . Contacted Bosch as unit was only 12 months into 2 year warranty and they refused to replace the cutting line cartridge as was a wearable item and told me I could purchase a new one . The unit had that little use that there was still line in the head from when the item was purchased . Fair enough if I had done plenty of hours and unit was old but this was not the case. Very disapointed in their customer service and would not recommend any Bosch products after this
