Very Disappointing for Top Dollar brand
We purchased this oven under 2 years ago, and the touch screen stopped working within the warranty period. It took Bosch a week and a half to respond to us, then when the technician who was meant to do the inspection was ill, it took another week and a half for the second one to come out. The part required was not in Australia, and needed to come from Germany. They organised for a local dealer who had one of the ovens in stock to do a replacement, but the dealer had sold the oven that day. We are now 5 weeks without our oven. We have all Bosch ...appliances in our house, and paid top dollar for them because we preferred Quality over cheap. It seems that there is no point in paying the extra for an oven like this, because the extra you are paying for customer service is wasted. We really liked the oven when it was working. We like it far less so now.
