Stuck, and wont wash – Switches between fill and drain over and over, but never actually starts the wash cycle. I'm guessing its a software bug or a bad sensor, but there is no way of knowing. Occasionally it works perfectly. Pot luck though.

Wouldnt buy another one – Had to replace my new floating floor due to it having a leaking door seal even though your warranty repaired blamed us for not shutting door properly. Now three years on can't keep it from blocking up and not draining, done regular clean but still no better. Have to rinse off anything we put in it just to get the items out semiclean. its shiney and fits in with the other stainless appliances we have, thats it. expensive and operates poorly

What do you mean by regular clean? Could you please review the two videos listed below which will help identify any blockages in the filter as well as ensuring that the dishwasher drains properly?

Avoid Bosch dishwashers – My bosch dishwasher has broken down 2 times in the warantee period. It fills and drain over and over and does not commence the washing cycle. I've had it repaired once before but it only worked for a couple of months before breaking again. I think it has faulty sensor parts but the repairman does not listen to my opinion and just replaces electronic button box. the Avoid this brand, they're lemons. looks nice unreliable
I expected better quality for the higher price – The coating on one of the two dishwasher racks broke off in a couple of spots during the warranty period. I contacted Bosch but they didn’t seem to be familiar with the problem and asked me to email them some photos. I had to follow them up a few times as I didn’t hear anything back. Each time I checked on the progress, I was assured that their technical advice team were assessing the photos and would get back to me. After 4 months, they asked me to resend the photos. It took almost 5 months to be told that this is a non-warranty issue. The coating on the rack has broken off in two spots where the metal of the rack is bulging and not consistent. Hence, I was sure it would be covered as a manufacturing defect. Now the dishwasher rack is showing signs of rust and it’s barely 2 years old. Looks nice Customer service for warranty issues requires too much follow up and is very slow; in my opinion, Bosch doesn’t honour their warranty when they should; much more expensive than other brands
