We continue to be delighted with the G7519 model Miele dishwasher which has many features which we have now discovered such as delayed start, excellent variety of wash programmes, basket design allowing for FlexCare glasses holders which can be folded away when not in use. The efficiency and sustainability is also one of the best and the results are always first class. The options of powder use is interesting with either Dos, tablet or powder available. The AutoOpen drying is unique and means that there is no residual steam to deal with which also gives brilliant results.

Whilst we still like the operation of the Miele Dishwasher, it was disappointing recently to find the 'mother board' had shorted out and blown. Of course there was no power to the machine and fortunately the repair was covered under the Miele 2 year warranty. It took a week for the replacement part to come from Melbourne and the machine is back up and running now but the fault apparently was caused by a faulty resistor. We have been advised that there has been a 'fix' for this error and hopefully, it won't happen again but the 20 year life that Miele talks about is now looking a bit hollow!
