Slide out is a gimmick and creates 1/2 the rangehood with no suction thus unsuitable as a 60 or 90cm coverage rangehood. Completly uselss cant even boil a egg and have the steam drawn up due to large gaps in airflow under the rangehood. Bosch are aware of the issues and even there own techs dont deny it items should be recalled and taken off the market as its not fit for purpose as per ACCC law

Suggest you buy a normal full sized rangehood they actually work inc the bosch ones.
