So disappointed, not what expected from Bose – I purchased this in Aug 2016 and it was good ... however 2 months after warranty ran out, the power unit (not the subwoofer) died & I had to pay an additional $249 to have it replaced ... this year the remote control died & guess what, Bose couldn’t replace & told me to shop the internet to try & find a replacement! Which I managed to find out of Czech ... and what happened, worked for a month & that died! All up, I’ve now spent $1k on a Bose product that is going to end up being donated! I love the sound Bose puts out, but am now considering a cheaper alternative as paying the extra for Bose doesn’t seem worth it.

Purchased in at VideoPro for $1,000.

The sound system I needed to serve TV, DVD, Record player – I have both Bose CineMate 15/10 set which isn't in "Prodact Review" list. There are two units: the soundbar and subwoofer. Those two units are perfect sound system for a normal size lounge room. It doesn't take much space, very easily can set up for all equipment, like the TV, Blue Ray DVD, Record Player and old style VHS. Bose remote control can be set to the TV and DVD, but not to the VHS until.

Instructions for the remote control is not satisfactory, so I had to call Bose Customer Service. I had perfect guide to set all up, so I have one control for everything except VHS.

I selected this equipment in Jb-Hi-Fi sound room between many others.

Happy to have clear, powerful perfect sound in my home. Love it!

Bit under the bonnet – Ok all i can say is don't listen to any demos they have in store it has to be optimized to sound like that. Get them toplay a real dvd of your liking not so great. You have to crank it up almost to top volume to get any bass though not bad its not much better than what our panasonic tv has. Go for something with a sub if you want deep sound. It's like it missing something bin mid range. Friends with similar priced jbl bar and harmon cardon bar has better sound even though on store the bose sounded better. Its when you get home that the name does not live up to it.
