Perfect for the intended use – While I can't comment on those reviewers who questioned the call quality, for the purpose we put them to which is as Bluetooth headphones for use at night with a TV they are great. Comfortable to wear for long periods, excellent noise cancelling properties, good volume control and decent battery life make them worth the money. Show details
Absolutely Amazing – I purchased these for the noise cancelling capabilities as I have migraines - I went walking with these on and a guy was mowing the lawns, and I couldn't hear the lawn mower on the other side of the street. Completely Overjoyed! I now wear them everywhere in order to help me function. Show details
Pricey headset not suited for office calls – May be comfortable to wear for a long while and listen to music, but as an office headset to connect to Teams in a noisy environment, this headset is just not fit-for-purpose. The caller on the other side can hear all the background noise, even if I raise my voice and talk louder. Therefore, I rate this as a pricey piece of branded hardware which is non-functional for calls in a noisy environment. Show details
They are crap – Overrated, overpriced crap. They never stay connected, Sound quality is very poor. Total waste of money. Show details
Great walking headset – Bose Quiet comfort 45. Overall very comfortable to wear. Well balanced fit whether your running or walking. Easy setup, just need to download the Bose application free from the App store or Google play, the app connects with your mobile or favourite Bluetooth device. Bluetooth range is very reasonable. I found the sound quality very crisp and … Read more
clear, from high, mid to the mind shattering base tones.
You can set to noise cancelling simply by pressing a button on the unit.
Also comes with a handy carry case.
The price has come down since I purchased it for $495 which I think was pricey.
Bose Q45 – Bought this from Kogan and no one can hear me on calls, microphone is complete rubbish. Now for the return process, compared to Amazon, Kogan is ridiculous, I've contacted them through my account and ticked the box that it is faulty and get an automated reply that they will be in contact, but nothing over 4 days now. I assume they are delaying hoping that I will keep it. Will be contacting consumer affairs tomorrow if I don't hear back today. Show details
Buy the Sony sony wh-1000xm4 – The sound, noise recharging, cancelling and comfort is good but the blu tooth is GARBAGE constant cracking Difficult to disconnect from one device to another “connected to” “could not find device” “ready to connect another device” it states it’s connected when it not you need to hold the on button on the “clear all devices” and then “forget… Read more
device” on the computer and try again every time you switch devices I had a pair of sony wh-1000xm4 and they where much better but I dropped them and the stated cracking, I have a pair of Sony MDR CD 770 headphones which are over 30 years old and work as good as the day I brought them unlike the designed to fail garbage they make in todays though away society.
Not worth the Hype – I purchased one of JBHIFI due to TikTok. I should have gone into the store and tried it for my self instead of listening to TikTok. Comfort wise, it’s wonderful. Bass and everything else. Go with Sony XM4 or higher or other brands. The $400 price tag IMO is too expensive for the sound quality which is mediocre. I left a review after JBHIFI sent me… Read more
a rivet about the product and they even declined it. Massive flop. Please go in store and try them on first before purchasing.
Crackling is normal? – As per Bose website, crackling in "noisy" environments is normal (https://www.bose.com/en_us/support/articles/HC2619/productCodes/qc45/article.html). What a load of crap. Ive had the old QC35 over 5 years ago, never had this issue, however the new/current model comes with this defect. Show details
Love It!!! – Works out of the box as promised and great quality and performance. Over the years I have bought many Bose solutions and very seldom they let their consumers down with their solutions. This is an other great example of that!! Easy to connect - Comfortable when using - Great sound and quality Show details
BIG MISTAKE – Brought headphones late October 22, Had to be returned January 6 2023 faulty. Since then I have been told replacement headphones are being sent. This is not true and I am still waiting. Bose have nearly had these headphone 7 weeks, I had 10 weeks use out of them. AND THEY STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL BE RETURNED OR REPLACED. Save yourselves $400 plus and STAY away from Bose Show details
Quality sound and customer service – The Bose QuietComfort QC45 Headphones offer high quality sound while listening to music and also great for walking and talking on my iphone, with good microphone as well. I am often on the go and find the earpads very comfortable. The volume is great and the wireless connect and range good. The only problem I found was one of the earpads kept… Read more
