Quality sound and customer service
The Bose QuietComfort QC45 Headphones offer high quality sound while listening to music and also great for walking and talking on my iphone, with good microphone as well. I am often on the go and find the earpads very comfortable. The volume is great and the wireless connect and range good. The only problem I found was one of the earpads kept falling out. Bose sent a replacement kit immediately So customer service was good, just hard to get through with phone automation etc . Overall very happy with this product.
Purchased in at Bose for $400.
