Got my Bose QuietComfort earbuds a few months after left side no sound. I returned it to get a replacement they sent me a failure product, the right one no working . Asked for replacement again, they sent me a failure product again. Right side no light no charging Even I tried reset it many times still not working. Extremely Disappointed!

Very disappointing

published

On my second pair as the first pair didn’t work straight out of the box, now a week later have the same issue with the left earbud not working. I have had two pair in two weeks. Bad product with know defects but Bose keeps selling these. Don’t waste your hard earned money on them. I’m $400 down and still have a faulty product. Will be looking to get my money back this time.

Purchased in for $400.

Junk Device

published

Out of 5 ordered units 4 have failed with similiar issues, one ear bud stops powering on. It's impossible to reset the device as it stops communicating with the case so the only option is to return it (at your own expense) and have a new pair sent. Then the new pair experiences the same issue leaving you out of pocket.

Purchased in at Bose for $379.95.

would never buy Bose again

published

Bought Quitecomfort buds in Jan 2021, had them replaced in July 2021 because left headphone wouldn't connect with the right one. Bose sent a replacement set of phones, a similar issue occurred in March 2022, this time sound in left speaker was barely audible and distorted. Asked for a refund because I have no faith in this product. Bose refused to refund stating that my warranty was expired and they are sending another set. Bose should be doing a full recall on this substandard product, will never buy Bose again. Spent 290 Euro on this. Don't waste your money.

Purchased in at Bose for $306.

Left earbud does not work

published

I would rather buy a $20 unbranded earphone than deal with this faulty product.
The earbuds cannot connect with each other let alone another device.
I have been a loyal Bose customer for 15 years but will never again buy Bose.
Look at all the YouTube videos on how to “fix” Bose connection issues. The multitude of these fixes are testament to how bad this product is!
Never again!

Good sound, dumb functionality.

published

The case, build and sound are all good. But the functionality and app are just dumb. Trying to adjust the volume skip forward and connect needs a LOT of work.

Excellent sound quality, comfortable, great noise cancelling

published

The best earbuds I've ever owed so far. Excellent sound and built quality. Very secure fit. The only downside is a fairly bulky charging case.

Had a bit of a problem with my first pair but it was quickly replaced. Cannot recommend it highly enough - both the product and customer service.

2nd pair just failed.

published

My first pair stopped working after a couple of months when the right earbud wouldn't connect, Bose replaced then and after using the new pair about a dozen times the same problem has shown up on this pair. There is something fundamentally wrong with this product judging by how many people this is happening to.

Purchased in at Bose for $399.

Terrible

published

Can't believe Bose release this product without testing it durability and functionality. Half of the time the earbud was connect without audio ! Have to constantly restart the mobile device to make it work ! Never had this issue with other earbuds. Also there the charging case always fail to charge to earbud effectively? Unbelievable . Very disappointed
