Temperamental. You can buy better for cheaper. On the plus side, the sound quality is very good and noise cancelling very effective. On the negative, the earpieces come with three rubber ear buds and three rubber rings that help give a nice seat in the ear and help keep noise out. I lost two of these I. The first two weeks, when you pull the buds out the rings pull off and fall on the floor. As for how they work, I can’t understand them. I take them out of the case and put them in my ears, one or other won’t turn on. They turn themselves off for no reason and stay connected when I put them away so I have to disconnect them to use my phone. For the price I’d stick with my cheap ones!

Purchased in for $230.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely garbabe, not as advertised. They will not fit in your ear even after changing all of the sizes. They are advertised as able to be used during light exercise and I can't even walk on a treadmill without them falling out so they have now been lost. Further to this, left earbud just wouldn't connect so you had to stuff around connecting and reconnecting the device to try get it to work, then it would just fall out of your ear again. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT PURCHASE

Purchased in at Bose for $200.

I am new to wireless earbuds and didn't know what to expect. I am impressed by the sound quality and features. I just wanted a bit of extra bass like my old JVC wired buds, these did not dissapoint. The added bonus of these to me is: They don't fall out (being a bit heavier) and are comfortable. Wireless charging. Ambient noise reduction. Long battery life. Long Bluetooth connection distance from phone. I can be 30-40 metres away inside the house without dropout. Easy to use app and touch configuration. Price. In the end I was happy to pay $200 for these as I was looking at buds that were more than twice the price.

Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $200.
