Everything about the earbuds is good although they have so many connection errors, one stops working or won’t connect, wouldn’t recommend due to the constant connection issues, really frustrating Show details

I purchased the model prior. The left ear lost charging capabilities. Many people online have had the same issue. Be aware, the 1 year warranty doesn't apply to issue with manufacturing faults, you will be given an option to purchase a refurbished pair at a lesser price. This isn't resonable, if it was a car, it would be a recall, but because it… Read more

is an earbud, it is the buyers problem. I was told by the troubleshooter, THESE EARBUDS DO NOT HAVE REPLACEABLE BATTERIES, so if there is a fault after the warranty, it is not covered. Ultimately, I would not recommend anyone to purchase these Bose earbuds. I have purchased 8 products from Bose over the years and to be given an option of 20% off a pair of $300 refurbished earphones is insulting when this clearly wasn't my fault they have a faulty battery. Do you research, but be forewarned, they will not help to fix other than charge you to replace!!

While I do enjoy the sound quality, the frequent connectivity issues are unacceptable for a product at this price point. I use these earbuds with only two Apple devices—an iPad and an iPhone—yet I still have to reset them at least three to four times a week. Given the cost, the reliability is a major letdown. Honestly, if it weren’t for the decent audio, I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I was generally very happy with the quality of the sound and functionality. They had a battery failure a little over 2 years after I purchased them. They had been used maybe 8 times per year, only on flights, never dropped or mistreated. I personally think that the rrp (~$429.95 AUD) warrants a product that lasts longer than 2 years. I complained… Read more

to the help line and was offered a replacement set at a reduced price, but frankly, I think the product didnt last long enough the first time and I cant afford spending any more on a replacement of similar longevity. This is a very unfortunate situation for me. I have recommended bose products to other family and friends in the past but I wont do so again!!

BOSE -- NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really disappointing. Poor noise cancelling performance compared to the old Bose QC20. I've used them in multiple environments that I used my QC20s in. Most notable difference is on planes and while working. It's not just that the general performance is worse. It also regularly glitches in noisy environments, like the rear of a Boeing 737 during… Read more

take-off. They make bass popping noises, and seem to change in harsh steps between modes. It's like in noisy environments there is some algorithm switching modes to try and focus on a different band, so one moment there is lots of noise around 200Hz, and suddenly shifts to 1kHz, and then shifts back, and then thumps. Even when not super noisy, like mid flight or on a train, they seem to sweep or shift focus on the attenuated frequency bands, so it seems like there is some environmental change occurring around you. If like me you are sensitive to environmental noise changes, it is really bad, especially if trying to sleep. I also have iphone connection problems where I'm listening to a podcast, someone calls me, I try to pickup and the Earbuds disconnect as soon as I answer. I could live with this if the noise cancelling was great, but its not.

Stay away, the noise which you might hear from an old record appeared in the right earbud about couple of weeks ago, it comes and goes intermittently, making it impossible to use. And additionally, the left earbud ear piece fell off yesterday while I was cleaning it with a soft cloth - the plastic cracked. I used them at home, no extreme… Read more

conditions, never dropped - they sat on my desk and had about 2 hours of use per day at most. Also, only had them for a bit over a year, but as they are "out of warranty" according to BOSE, they just offer a "discounted replacement", some other plug-phones for $279, which is ridiculous.

I've had these for about 10 months. I can't fault the noise cancelling. They're great for that, and sound quality is also decent. But I have been having terrible connection problems with my Samsung phone ever since I bought them. It's so frustrating. Almost every day, my headphones won't connect to my phone, and it takes several attempts to try and get them to connect. Sometimes I just give up. Show details

Only work for one year. If you want a hight quality sound and good product that inly last one year go for it. With very normal usage the product not last more than 14 months. I contacted the support team and they offered to replace it with the cost more expensive than I buy a brand new one again! RIDICULOUS. Ask them to repair, NOT POSSIBLE. Show details

Powerful, Bulky, Frustrating – The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II give excellent noise-cancelling performance, effectively blocking out ambient sounds. However, they are very sensitive and can turn off with just a light tap, which is frustrating. The controls are not intuitive, and I found it difficult to figure out how to skip tracks or adjust settings without consulting the… Read more

manual. Additionally, the earbuds are quite bulky, making them uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. Overall, great sound quality, but the design and ease of use could be improved.

Good but issue with app – Very good noise cancelling. However battery life is average, also the APP is terrible(for this price)

Great quality while in warranty. Break down immediately after – Avoid at all costs. Expansive and brake immediately after warranty is out. Cracking, static and popping. I thought my ear drum was going to burst when it started. Had been working great for 2 years so if your into temporary headphones go for it. Show details

Persistent connection problems – The sound and noise cancellation quality is good but unfortunately the Bose Earbuds are a nightmare to connect and reconnect to different devices. I would not recommend using these for professional purposes such as online meetings or phone calls. It is a frustrating waste of time to persist with trying to get these to connect. I didn't have this… Read more

Expensive earbuds with known fault – I was given Bose QC II earbuds as a birthday present last year. I used them for about 1 month this year before they starting flashing red and white. I tried a factory reset and a software update but no success. I chatted to Bose support and was told my only option is to spend $279 for replacement earbuds as apparently they are out of warranty. I… Read more

can see from the number of posts on the internet that there is a known problem with this product with hundreds of complaints. It’s very disappointing that a company like Bose won’t admit that the product has an inherent fault and should be replaced free of charge.

Great noise cancelling but drops connection too much – If you look around you'll see a common complaint for the Bose earbuds is they drop connection to an earbud sometimes. Mine took about 12 months to start, but ultimately even at 70% charge they were dropping the connection. Great sound, fantastic noise cancelling but I've already switched to another brand and not sure I'll be back to Bose until there's a notable change. Show details

Noise Cancelling Earbuds – Amazing at blocking out all external noise especially on flights and whenever you’re trying to block out external noise. Even when earbuds are in without anything playing, still noise cancelling like ear plugs. The only downfall is the volume maximum, not that loud compared to other earbuds previously purchased. Maybe due to noise cancelling,… Read more

unsure. Fantastic fit to the ear with 3 size options and do not fall out (which is extremely helpful on long haul flights). App is easy to use and navigate however a bit too basic compared to other brands. Does not provide options to double tap, rewind etc. Battery life phenomenal, used all the way from Canada to Australia. Stylish

Great sound and noise cancelling – There are no location services available with these earbuds - Don't lose them. Other than that, they're good earbuds. I've never had a pair before so I have nothing to compare them to. But I'm happy with them Show details

Not bad could be better – I use these for noise canceling. I find that if you bump the ear plug, cling your teeth or there is a sudden bang, the noise canceling stops and then restarts after a few seconds so what's the point. If you don't have an iPhone or the latest android, don't bother buying. I wanted to use on a Bluetooth device with A2DP codec. Look up your codec if… Read more

you want to be sure your Bluetooth will connect. The sound is great if you can connect otherwise. Definitely room for improvement although Bose didn't help much when I contacted about Bluetooth issues. Like I said no iPhone or android, Bose is not interested. I bought jabra t85 instead.
