cut you loose on this. Unfortunately I don't have the receipt because it was a gift but they checked the serial number and said it was manufactured 3 years ago. Poor quality for a high price.

Poor design out of the box – Spend $450 roughly and doesn't even have a power adapter that fits into a standard double power point if something is in the other socket its to wide. Simple things cannot get correct poor design before l even start to charge it straight out of the box. Show details

Great little speaker – This sounded better than expected and it is reliable with good battery life. I love that it's Bluetooth and doesn't need wifi. It gets a lot of use. Has survived toddler. Only annoyance is when it disconnects sometimes it will repeat saying ready to connect rather than turning off.

What's the point of a Bluetooth Speaker That Can't Find Bluetooth? – My laptop connects seamlessly via Bluetooth to my mouse, phone, earphones, etc etc. It is also paired with my Soundlink speaker, but will the speaker connect? Not a chance! The Bose Soundlink just sits there saying that it can't find anything to connect to. Wasted so much time looking for a resolution to this problem. Best for stereo pairing – I bought a bose revolve after reading all the reviews and wanted to own a bose. But straight from the pack it didnt sound great at all. blowed me away. It was just exceptional. If you can spent enough for 2 speakers, and if you love nice muffled sound with fantastic stereo, go for BOSE.

Special mention to Bose app, its so easy to use and generally very reliable. You dont need to be near the speaker to stream music or to stereo pair. Good battery life too.

Useless - stopped charging – Bought from JB hifi 11/ 2018 $299, had trouble from the beginning charging it after battery empty. Then just stopped charging altogether. Contacted Bose $150 to fix. Not worth it out of warranty. Very disappointing. Dont bother. Show details

Excellent sound with one flaw – Excellent product with wonderful sound. Easily hooks up via Bluetooth to phones or echo dot. The connection to the charge cord is however very fragile . If this connection would be fixed I would give this product 5 stars. Show details

The Bose Soundlink Revolve with the old firmware is great! The new Firmware is a Disappointment – If you can Get A Bose Soundlink Revolve Pre the notorious 3.0.4 Firmware it is a great unit. Poor value for money if it has the 3.0.4 firmware (has poor bass response and connectivity issues (just google it :-) )) Don't whatever you do, don't let it update if you have the old firmware. Show details

Works well, but i hear a little pop sometimes – I bought this to replace my computer speakers and it plays well. I like the bluetooth function and it works even though i put it on my book shelf about 10 feet away from my computer desk. My only complaint is that sometimes I hear a small pop, i don't know if it is static or if its the bluetooth but having paid so much for a speaker I would expect it not to have this issue. Show details

Static noise – These speakers have a static noise that is particularly noticeable at low listening levels and in quiet environments. From reading the Bose community forum it turns out this is a design defect and applies to all samples of both the Revolve and Revolve +. None of the reset/repair/replacement options solve this problem. I strongly recommend NOT to buy this product. Show details

Great sound no issues – Firstly I think the sound is excellent without paying a fortune, the base is very good for its size. The revolve plus in the store perhaps slightly better sound but not $200 better for me. Have had no issues pairing with 2 x iphone, iPad and Sony tv. Battery at this point lasts about what they stated. Over time I know battery wont last as long as brand new, thats normal for all rechargeable devices. We didnt buy to use with the tv so a big plus.

Amazing sound but totally frustrating to use – The sound from this device is truly incredible for it's size but we often give up trying to pair it and revert to our cheap as chips JBL. the phone sitting right next to it! The kids are more techy than us and even they say it's well below par. If it didn't sound so amazing it would be in the bin by now.

Love it! – My partner bought me this amazing speak for Xmas and I love it! You can take it anywhere and the battery power lasts for a very long time. The sound is incredibly good and I have it next to my bed at night and bluetooth the TV through it for a much more realistic sound. Is great when paired to my iPod as well. Just wish this sized one had a handle like the bigger one does. All in all, I love it! Show details

Brilliant – Just purchased Bose SoundLink Revolve. The sound from this speaker is amazing. Price was good. After waiting Eighteen months to purchase a speaker, I did the trawling thru all the speaker revie was and finally decided on this one. honestly never research product reviews on this device as I have had Bose speakers before. My kids have UE Booms. Never crackled once. OMG I am so so disappointed. I will try and return it and get maybe the JBL link. Great bass and nooo crackle. Since reading reviews on this device there are several posts stating the same issue as me. Very sad indeed. Is it too much too ask for these devices to be pre-tested?

Bose recognised the unit as faulty and have since replaced the unit. The sound is truly amazing. I did consider going for the JBL or the UE Boom but I know how they sound. Now that I have a fault free unit I can truly say the sound is by far superior. Battery life is also amazing. Credit where credit is due, outstanding sound.

The battery lasts and lasts. I use it in small spurts anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour, and the battery goes for weeks according to my sporadic usage.

I like that when it is switched on, a voice reports the current battery level and which device it’s connected to.

I like that it just works. Turn it on, play your music, the sound comes out.

The sound it produces is great for small rooms. I find it warm with a decent amount of bass for such a small product. There’s plenty of volume for the times I need to use this speaker.

I like that it’s relatively small and because of that, it travels with me on holidays.

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about the Revolve. Bose did a good job with this one and I feel I got plenty of value for money. If you love your music and want to listen to it on the go, this speaker won’t disappoint.

Good sound however not great – For the size it does have good sound however it is not exceptional as the reviews by top online sources indicated (at least in my opinion) - I think I had better sound from my Bose Mini when I had that a while ago. All the same, still good sound, just not a 10 out of 10 for audio quality if you're an audiophile like me.  Show details

the UE Boom 2 and Mega Boom, but after listening to different genres through them all, which are great for big pop, heavy R&B and dance music, they all seemed to lose mid range when listening to live, acoustic and orchestral sounds. I was at a dead end! Then I saw the Bose Revole. It was not on my list, but after losing out on the others, I gave it a go. Wow! You will not be disappointed. I saw on TV. I walked over and hit play. The deep, crisp, clear and near perfect output blew me away...I instantly made the call to spend an extra $200 on this speaker. I had to have it.

Beat decision I could have made. The speaker is solid, has a nice weight and a strong, durable feel. Connecting multiple devices is seamless and the app can manage these devices very easily. You get about 12 hours out of a full charge.

Works great outdoors at the park with the family. At home chilling out and even at work, pairing with a device to give a presentation. Also great to extend the crap output of laptops or tablets if you are watching a movie. This speaker is an investment that won't disappoint.
