it's a Bose – bought it for the wife for X'mas as the old FM radio in her kitchen has finally chuck it in a yr ago. this Bose box is one heavy unit, sound can be boomy depending where it is place and its surrounding. she only listen to ABC radio so its perfect, voice is great, I listen to pop and dance music, even better. amazing how much this thing can handle the torture for a length of time.

1 touch/tap on/off at the top of the unit is a brilliant idea.

solidly made, not cheap, worth the money, feels like it'll last for years to come.

Great product we can't do without – We got this the Bose sound wave through points on our credit card.mits an item we normally would not buy. But now that I know what it does and the quality of the sound, I am wondering what else I am wrong about. Unwrapping the pack from the box gives you a feel of good quality because of the extra bits, thoughtful extras that make it special. I never even looked at the manual, it is that simple to operate.

The sound is awesome for such a compact unit. Digital Radio! No more ads! We have is on non stop and adds to the atmosphere in our house. We love it and do recommend this product if you are looking for a great sound and easy use.

Only bit I would like to see different is the presets. Only 6, should be 10...

Very poor Quality – I have been using this Bose Wave Radio for about 3 months and overall I think the product is very poor quality, the radio reception keeps dropping in and out, the small paper speakers sound very bad, it is true the sound has no highs or midrange it must be a Bose, the bass from these speakers is boomy. Also the price that Bose is asking is a joke, you can purchase better mini sound systems for there asking price,.

Very poor Product.

Poor Built quality, cheap paper speakers, way over priced, radio reception drops out, very poor product.

Excellent – The SOUND is what really matters !! - this unit reminds me of how those old valve radios sounded - it has a great smooth harmony with good bass AND it can be cranked up real lound with no distortion - fills good sized rooms with great sound. Has an 3.5mm aux input so one can plug in an iPod, PC etc.,. I have read that some poeple have chucked out their lounge Hi Fi & replaced them with this little "bed side alarm clock" - it IS just that, too !! Compact BUT with that Hi Fi sound; six FM and six AM preset buttons on cute / small remote. The twin tapered sound tube really works a treat - iPod base option is great but would have been better built-in. No DAB+ in Oz (but it can be purchased in UK as an option I believe (?) Not cheap but quality costs !!

An excellent clock radio – I purchased this no replace my previous clock radio which had very poor quality sound, this is fantastic, it fills the entire bedroom with a really rich sound even on AM radio stations, the display has 15 different brightness settings which is really great, the only thing I would like to see different with this radio is buttons on the unit itself. I am constantly losing the remote. Great sound, Bose quality. Remote only, no buttons on unit.
