The durability of this shaver is completely unacceptable. The first issue arose within a year of purchase, and it took over two weeks to get it repaired. A second issue arose six months afterwards, which took two weeks to repair. The most frustrating thing was that the shaver still didn't work on the day I collected it from the repair service, so I had to book another repair. Even if it gets fixed this time, who knows how long it will last? This is a piece of trash with a ridiculous price tag that won't last for two years.

Worst shave I have ever had – If you want a close shave do not buy an electric shaver. Not this model anyway, which is supposed to be their best shaver. Lucky for me I only paid $399 was $799, that is the only good thing about this purchase, if you could call it a good thing. Sent it back.
