A lot of money for not so good shaver – Disappointed with Barun Series 9 Pro Plus I have been a loyal user of Barun products for several years, and unfortunately, my experience with the Barun Series 9 Pro Plus has left me disappointed. Despite its premium price tag of over $500, the razor feels cheap and plasticky compared to previous Barun models. One of the key factors that drew me to Barun was the brand's reputation for quality and durability. However, the Series 9 Pro Plus seems to deviate from that standard. The plastic construction gives it a lightweight and less substantial feel, which is a significant departure from the robust build I've come to expect from Barun.

In addition to the perceived decrease in build quality, I find the design less appealing. The plastic components make the razor less aesthetically pleasing, and it lacks the premium look and feel that I associate with Barun products. It's disappointing to see a shift away from the sleek and sophisticated designs of previous models.

While the performance of the razor is still satisfactory, it's challenging to overlook the feeling of a downgrade in materials and overall construction. For a razor in this price range, I expected a more premium and durable build. In conclusion, the Barun Series 9 Pro Plus falls short of the high standards set by its predecessors. The noticeable plastic construction and less sophisticated design make it difficult to justify the premium price tag. As a long-time Barun user, I hope to see a return to the brand's commitment to quality and premium craftsmanship in future releases.

I wish Barun had spent more time in making this shaver as good and robust as the previous series than on packaging.
