Could not live without this – This has impressive power. We use it for just about everything from peeling potatoes, cutting up salad, making french fries, zucchini pasta, meat balls, salmon pattie’s, salsa, guacamole, shredding ham/cheese etc etc. It saves us a heap of time especially when prepping to entertain large groups at home. It’s a little loud during operation but no where near as loud as our last food processor. It is heavy and has a large footprint, particularly alongside the dicing kit, but given it’s versatility it’s proudly earned prime real estate on our counter top. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the operating instructions as the motor is exceptionally powerful and not intended to run for minutes at a time. If you’re making things like nut butter I’d recommend using the pulse setting first and then processing for a few seconds to achieve the consistency you’re looking for. There is a bit of washing up to do after use but with the exception of the food pusher, most parts are dishwasher safe. Overall this is an incredible asset to our kitchen and we could not live without it.

Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi Online Store for $699.
