Great food processor, so many accessories – The Paradice was appealing as it was a large size but also had many other attachments like a smaller bowl insert. I have had this food processor for about four months and it has definitely upped my kitchen game. The basic blades are able to finely chop anything I have put into them, even small garlic cloves come out perfectly consistent The potato peeler is well worth it, even able to successfully peel four or five decent sized unwashed potatoes which is great for making potato bakes. I disliked washing and peeling potatoes by hand, so it was important to be able to process these with minimal fuss. I wasn't expecting it to work as well as it did to be honest!

The dicer attachments are pretty good, but some firmer items don't fully go through and can block the grate. It does come with a tool to press them through by hand so definitely check between batches.

The adjustable slicer is a huge win too, I can make extremely thin onions perfect for using in smashed patty hamburgers in seconds.

Safety however is a huge consideration. Definitely not something to allow kids near. Make no mistake, ALL the attachments are high quality and therefore extremely sharp. I cut myself on the adjustable slicer when picking it up wrong and it opened my finger immediately and without any resistance. Absolutely take care when using and cleaning this product, as complacency is what will get you into trouble.

Aside from that, all attachments have plastic protectors for use when storing them, and the unit has a great set of attachments storage containers to keep it organized. The unit itself will not operate if the lid, attachments or bowls aren't correctly engaged so you don't need to worry there.

The motor and base is extremely high quality, and quite quiet for what it does.

All in all I would highly recommend the Paradice 16 as it has a great selection of attachments that will allow you to process large amounts of food in a short time, making meal prep days a lot more fun and a lot less work.

The old food processor lived in the cupboard for months on end, this one has a permanent spot on the bench and gets used at least twice a week.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $730.
