One of the best things in my kitchen – One of the best things in my kitchen. I got this as a gift in covid and i’ve turned into a pizza addict. Making your own pizza is such a treat and if you want a trick and you are in a rush most pizza places will sell you pizza dough balls!

Rusting outter case – Hi to all. This is a copy of an email i sent to Breville. Hi to the Breville team Case number R102942112. It is with much regret that i have decided after finding out my favourite kitchen appliance Company Breville Doesn't have service Agents in Major Regional Citys "Bundaburg" When foreign companys , Miele, Electrolux, LG, Samsung. I could go on. But our Mighty Australian company Breville has not. Therefore rather than risking damage in transport to my Pizzaolo oven. I wil let my Pizzaolo RUST IN PEACE. It still worries me that my other Breville items, Coffee machine, pressure cooker toaster and more would have to be packed and shipped to get serviced. I would love to hear from Breville Management as to WHY?. I sent this email to breville but i have had no reply cheers to all.

Time consuming piece of outdoor equipment – Set aside half a day to heat this thing. It cooks unevenly The door closes unexpectedly The stone is to close to the edge of machine. I’ve had a fire start

Closest thing to a real wood fire oven. Puts the old oven to shame – This oven is absolutely amazing hands down beats any other method that wasn't an actual wood find oven for making pizza. Definitely worth the money. I purchased this during lockdown and it really gotta work out. I don't use it as much these days. But when I do it's still is amazing. I highly recommend this not only as a pizza oven but if you get right into it will start to understand dough and all the other great things and skills that come along with making pizza.
Love, love, love our new Breville Pizzaiolo! – We chose the Breville Pizzaiolo over the Gozney Roccbox because it can be used inside. The automatic thin and crispy and wood fired settings produce perfectly cooked pizzas that are as good or better than anything we've eaten in a cafe or restaurant (in Australia). We love the "leopard charring" on the wood fired pizza. It took a little experimentation to get the pizza from the peel into the oven - as the instructions say, work quickly because if the pizza gets soggy it will stick to the peel. And don't forget to press the start button on the timer when you put the pizza in the oven! Other pluses are that the oven doesn't heat up your kitchen despite a very high internal temperature and it's fast to reheat between pizzas so you can get a production line going. You won't be disappointed with this amazing oven.
