A flawless powerful blender, with useful vacuum and to go cup functionality – This blender is in its third year now. 95% of use has been the preparation of smoothies in the single serve cup. We purchased two additional cups which were originally for another model also fit this unit. Blending into a cup leaves so much less to clean afterwards and is extremely convenient. The full blender bowl is there for when you need it as well, or have a lot to blend and will consume the result over a couple of days, in which case vacuuming the result produces best result.
We previously had the Breville BBL800BSS which was a solid, but underwhelming as a product with only fixed speed operation. The BBL800BSS became redundant when we bought a Magimix Cook Expert which could do all the old blender could do and more. However making smoothies leaves a lot to clean with the Magimix, as it did with the old blender. This new blender provides the convenience of every day smoothies with no cleaning up and more.
This new model fixes all of the limitations of the BBL800BSS and goes beyond that. So much so that while the Magimix made the BBL800BSS redundant, the BBL925BSS brings a dedicated blender back into play. Most frequently for smoothies without the cleaning up, but also for juices other blending that benefits from the vacuum or just the additional blending power.
