Oh look another one I seriously ordered 1 of these mealio they claim I ordered 5. First order placed at around 7.30 pm last order made at approximately 1.45 am um I go to bed at around 10.00pm at latest still why didn't they think to contact me and ask if I really did order 5 or was there a problem
Follow-up · Did I get all items: yes all 5 yes that's right 5. How was the delivery exp: fine : it was the return that was the problem and what was the customer service like: down right rude at times and one girl actually insinuated that I could have forgotten that I ordered all of them... Then came the returns at full cost to me of course. There were no photos to post as I did not open any of them. KLEVA has left a very sour taste in my mouth.
We continually get error E04 for no reason, the blender jar never seems to be seated correctly which is rubbish. And the vegetable soup recipe is never as hot as it should be. Due to the continuous error message we are not prepared to use the pre set program. The appliance is very noisy Very disappointed. Show details
Follow-up · With the E04 error we turn off the blender and need to reseat the jar and restart the cycle. This happens on nearly all soups. We do not use or trust the presetting option. The noise is intermittent during the soup making cycle about as noisy as an electric drill. Cleaning is fairly simple and fairly quick, we use the cleaning cycle on the machine.

Love my Mealio. I have only used it to make soup so far. The last 10 minutes are a bit noisy as you would expect for a blender but the soup has been cooked to perfection and it’s so easy to use. Self cleaning too, a bonus. Show details · 1

Ordered Mealio but never received the 2 FREE soup Flasks - I notified them weeks ago & now they are asking for pictures of the box it came in - do they think we all just keep empty boxes laying around the house???? I didn’t realise the machine made so much noise which living in a lounge/kitchen situation makes me reluctant to use it, also the jug is very heavy for an older person like me with damaged shoulders. Very disappointed, no cookbook provided. Considering the price that is ridiculous. You can buy one from Amazon or EBay. Should have been included. It makes small amounts of soups etc however the noise is dreadful! Show details

Product has proven easy to use, first soup, pumpkin was amazing, second - vegetable on the way today very pleased. Felt the purchasing process was confusing and had to eventually contact the help group only to find it was already on its way, payment was confirmed. order saying to me that the order was still in limbo but I had already been granted same day dispatch which in hindside was totally unnecessary and worried me into believing no payment had been already made and received as well. As a result I became concerned these emails were a scam and that if I followed your apparent request to complete the so called outstanding purchase, number for which I had already received, I would have ended up paying again. So I did not respond to them and contacted the help group direct and eventually the product turned up and all was good.
The soup maker came whilst we were away, because it took longer than I had realized for the delivery. So far it seems to go together easily, and I put it through a clean cycle. The noise was a surprise being louder than I expected. I am going to make soup tomorrow. Fingers crossed it is everything I hoped for. My husband and I received a "Mealio Hot and Cold Nutritional Blender" in 2022. It had been working perfectly, making us nutritious soup regularly. the bottom, so I immediately stopped it. I emailed the people at Mealio explaining the situation and asked about the warranty, and was told that the warranty was only 12 months and although I thought that it was a product defect, the Mealio department would only offer me $100 off a new "Mealio Hot and Cold Nutritional Blender", which I declined, because I was concerned that their product obviously only lasts at the most, three years, which means that I will have to buy another in three years to replace something that is obviously not a quality product! I looked after the Mealio with care, cleaned it after each use and put in away in a cupboard, the way that I do with all my appliances - which I might add, have lasted me much more than three years! The fact that it was defective and their company only gives 12 months warranty, annoys me, because it tells me that they don't have much confidence in their product.

Disappointing service. I have no idea why this company would send this survey to me if they didn’t want a bad review – I ordered this item on the 8th of October and it did not arrive until the 2nd of December. I was never informed of this delay by Kleva Rance until I queried the length of time that my order was taking by email asking them where my item was and that is when I was advised that this order was being processed but why does it take almost three months… Read more
to process an order unless they have no stock in Australia? They still take the money at time of purchase. They did offer free freight after I complained to them for the late delivery, wow I hope the freight cost doesn't send them broke. When it was delivered the package looked like it had been in a truck crash, I am so disappointed with this deal that I haven’t been adventurous enough to use this machine in case it doesn’t work.

Ease of use!! – I was using my Nutri bullet to blend and so glad I have bought the Mealio Hot & Cold Blender as I can now make 2 large bowls of healthy soup in a half hour. Its the BEST kitchen gadget I have ever bought and it even washes itself.... what more can you ask for? Show reply
Mealio Hot & Cold Blender – Absolutely LOVE my Mealio Hot & Cold Blender- only used it for soups so far - a vegetable soup and pumpkin soup. WOW just the best! And so fast - 30mins! Show 2 replies
Soup maker – Great price. Quick delivery. Works great but only makes a small quantity at a time . I am used to using a whole pumpkin for my soups but you can only use maybe half with this soup maker. You can do two lots but it tends to get hot.
