Bristle tiles – Had an issue with faulty tiles and they covered it under warranty.
New roof tiles ??? – Planum terracotta tiles supplied by Bristile roofing Newley installed by a contractor You can make your own mind up from the picture attached of the quality
I would give no stars if I could – If you are considering or are in the process of building, I strongly recommend Colourbond. See pictorial evidence of what your Bristile Black Mica tiles will become after about 4 years and expect no positive outcome. I have included a pic of our current tiles against a spare which has not been on a roof. Edit... I probably should have mentioned… Read more
that I have contacted Bristile along with Office of Fair Trading QLD, we were told the faulty tiles are within acceptable limits of fading and the colour variation is normal.
So much for warranty – My house is 12 years old .I had a tiler replace some tiles and told me there is a huge problem with your tiles caused in the making of the tiles. I have had a roof engineer 2 assessors roof plumbers all say the cracking in the tiles are all consistent and not from hail damage. This company refuses to believe experts and formed their own opinion.… Read more
Typical as they do offer a 50 year warranty and 50 year guarantee on their products and will try anything to get out of it. Mustn't need intelligence for a manager these days just full of nonsense. Maybe time for a class action. Even current affair ...large White spots on tiles is a silicon spray to seal some larger cracks
Worst company ever to deal with – Firstly they installed a scrap solar system for a newly built house, less than a year it stopped working, it too more than a year till now and they got N number of reasons and excuses of not providing a replacement which they agreed to provide on paper. God knows when this company is going to fix the problem, no wonder it got 16 of 1 star reviews out of 17.
Worst Roof Ever!!! – Our Bristile Roof is only 7 years old, it has faded and is unsightly but worse than that we have water leaking through onto our gyprock, leaving water stains in several rooms and one room we have had to poke holes through the gyprock to let the water escape, so now when it rains we have a bucket to catch the water. Bristile have checked our roof… Read more
and are blaming the gum trees from next door, which of course we cant do anything about. We had gutter guard professionally installed several years ago as we were worried about leaves on our roof. I don't believe its the leaves causing our roof to leak, we had an independent roofer inspect our roof and he told us we have faulty roof tiles on our roof and Bristile are responsible. They will not take responsibility for the water leakage but did replace around 150 cracked tiles ? What does one do now, we will be up for the cost to have gyprock replaced but can't do that while water is still coming in. Our Insurance Company also don't want to know about it.

RUBBISH ROOF TILES! – It''s buyer beware with Bristile, rubbish, shoddy products, the pictures speak for themselves, nothing like the brochure are they!! do yourself a favour and stay away, from this ugly cheap product. The company can not even do a correct inspection of their tiles ,because they do not care less,
Unreliable , low quality ,unreliable staff, unreliable product – Had water leak twice in 2 years after house was built. The first time they came they couldn’t be bothered finding out what the fault was. Turned out they did a crap job and refused to fix it. Over bedded roof caused water leak in our top floor . Left with leaks in ceiling , no electricity, no light and holes in ceiling for months but the staff… Read more
remain unaffected even on a human level on how this situation could be impacting us. They don’t care about accepting and fixing their errors let alone showing duty of care or a sense of urgency. When you call customer service or talk to their managers they have no idea what is going on and their level of customer service is non existent. Long hold times . Calling back and forth ( oh wait - they don’t bother calling us back as promised so it’s only us calling and chasing them up repeatedly) . Have been doing their job for them, constantly calling and asking for an update. It’s been months and we are still living without any solution and holes in our ceiling without any light in our rooms . Nothing nice to say about this whole company. Poor job !

Not cheap,, BUT NASTY – Substandard quality product sold under different brands in states of Australia.( Brick works , austrail) and many more. Glazed tiles deterioration after six to 12 months affecting the colour and texture of the tiles. Bristile ignored warranty claim and try to push 10 years warranty ! Amazing how such a billion dollar company, with the monopoly… Read more
of the market reduced its warranty from 50year to 10year.. Stay away from them. I had to give one star to submit.. I would have given negative stars. Feel free to leave a review on Bristile's google listing too.

Poor quality roof tiles do not use – Lots of chipped tiles, uneven glazing. Bristile came out and inspected and told me that there was no problem as you can't see the chips from the normal viewing position which is the ground. Bristile did not even get on the roof to do the inspection. Its a shame companys like coralhomes are using such a poor quality product like this. Roof is only 2yrs old and color is also starting to fade.
Stay away from this company! – Very poor quality of tiles, they cracked easily and all the tilers asked us to report and claim warranty. When we did, the manager sent us a copy of their quality control certificate for the batch. The worst part is they don’t even want to know what’s went wrong, let alone fixing the problem! They have put us off roof tiles forever! :(

Quality of tile finish and after sales service horrible – Finish on the product is very low quality. It's completely faded and makes our now 4yr old home look horrible. Contacted the company but the finish not covered by the warranty.

Very bad job – Very bad job as every one can see from these photos and I had to accept the job with minimal fix after more than one year of chasing , because the dept collector office called me to pay the out standing around $550

Worst quality of tiles – we built a house in 2015 ... We ungraded our tiles to bristile vienna Terracotta roof tiles which builder cost me extra 2000 dollars to upgrade... Very poor quality roof tiles.. If any tradie walks on roof those breaks... I kept 9 spare tiles, Now all used to change when broke... Now no more spare tiles even.. I hope it will be helpful to someone who wants to choose their roof tiles.. All the best.. Show details
Relacement roof leaked, runined ceilings, no support to repair their mistakes... disgusting – Per tile New roof terrible subcontractors, (smashed tiles ecerywhere), poor management, get in get job "done" amd walk away. Subsequent leaks and failed attempts to repair lead to ruined ceilings. No responsibility taken to fix / repair ceilings... refused despite their mistakes taking 2 years to find problem from original install. Find someone else... Show details
Excellent Service/Warranty – After 3 years I had issues with my roof and the builder refused to help me at all. I ended up contacted Bristile roofing myself and they attended the next day. The bloke who attended was excellent. Fixed the hole in the roof and the cracks, no questions asked. No follow up bill. It was a big relief after arguing with my builder for so long, then bristile fixing the issue so quickly no questions asked. Would recommend.
All roofing – Not happy with Bristile at all I will never be dealing with the company ever again as I had a job lined up with my own company two days before they undercut me i’m going to do everything in my power to let them know it’s not ok as I was Had all my tiles lined up supplied through them I repeat do not go to BrisTile ever again I will be taking this… Read more

Good news, a job well done! – The last lots of bad weather just about finished off the roof on my house; leaks, cracked old cement tiles and danger of fire through torn and perished, old sarking meant I was putting buckets in the roof when there were rain storms, it was a nightmare, repairs had not worked anymore, it was time to get a new roof. Living near the bush and up high… Read more
was just too dangerous and worrying especially after the bush fires we had. I was concerned at what this would all cost, it is a big job but after checking out what was available, prices and tilers I contacted Bristile at Horsley Park as they had the best tiles I could find for what I wanted for these conditions. Their Roofing Manager, Andrew Tymmons, who has had his own roofing business for 30 years and now works for the Horsley Park (Sydney) branch of Bristile came to quote and I was very pleased with the price and standard offered by him and his team Shayne Bobbin Roofing. The whole job was well organized, on time, excellent products and finish, including at my request, the taping of the sarking seams to prevent wind, rain and dust entering from the South. I am completely happy with their work, clean up and manners, now I have a wonderful new roof that can handle the kind of weather conditions we are getting and for a long time to come and all very good value and will not fade! I am really glad I chose them, thank you Andrew and Shayne with his team. Everyone who walks by comments on the great look and good job. One happy lady from "THE SHIRE", Sutherland, Sydney.
Dissatisfied by the quality of installation – The ceramic roof tiles were installed by their recommended installers who were suppose to be the "A team". Many of the tiles are not sitting flat and they have used chipped tiles where the orange terracotta colour shows through the gray tiles. They are not in any hurry to fix the problem. It's now well over three months and still not fixed. We are very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and attitude of the company.
Great product & very helpful staff with all my dumb questions – Second time we have used these roof tiles & I would recommend them to anyone. Our house looks brand new again very happy with our new roof. I would definitely use again
If you are looking for a neat roof with clean lines - this is NOT the roof tile for you – The picture shown has been photoshopped and is NOT true to the actual look of the roof. When we asked for replacement ridge tiles we were sent curved looking tiles that were more in line with a hacienda style roof instead of the square look that we were after. Our roofer even refused to waste his time putting them on.
Incomplete job and don't come back to finish off – Waited 5 months for the job to be completed. Came back and siliconed tiles and left broken tiles in gutter. I would never use this company again. From my experience, it has been a complete disappointment in workmanship.

Cracked ridge capping cement on 4 yr old home – We have a 4 year old home and I've notice over the past year that the ridge capping cement is significantly cracked in various locations all across the roof (up to ~7mm wide cracks). I found out through the builder that Bristile (Perth) constructed our roof and I contacted them about this issue. They just basically said it's the fault of potential… Read more
trademans going on our roof, possibly the solar panel installers which were installed when the home was completed 4 years ago. This theory is highly unlikely considering the most significant cracks are located nowhere near the solar panels.
A roofing contractor recommended by Bristile came out to view the roof who without hesitation confirmed that the cracking should be covered under warranty. A week past and after not hearing anything I contacted both Bristile and the contractor who both told me Bristile were unwilling to take responsibility for the cracking. This was very interesting for me because the maintainance representative at Bristile had asked me to ask the contractor if he thinks its a warranty issue. He confirmed it was on the day but when I follow it up the answer was a firm "no".
Finally, I would like to add how difficult it was to get the maintainance representative (in Perth) to respond to my phone messages or e-mails. I don't enjoy hounding people but I felt like I had to in order get any answers. Even after initially being instructed on the phone to e-mail images of the cracks, the e-mail was ignored, I phoned them 10 days later to find out they had seen the images but just hadn't responded.
If your searching for a roofing company, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
Dont rely on Bristile to complete the job – Bristile Perth Branch only supplies the material, they hand over the installation to 3rd party contractors who don't finish the job but are only keen on getting paid. Its been over 2 months since Bristile laid the roof tiles on my new house and since then the ridge covers has not been completed. Repeated requests falls on deaf ears as they are… Read more
blaming the contractor, which is of no concern of ours. Anyway, Bristile has not been paid their full amount until they complete the job, and within the next few days if its not done another roof tiler will be completing the job and Bristile will need to forfeit their balance payment. They have been warned several times.
Before you consider assigning a project to Bristile, especially the mob in Perth, please think twice.
Top shelf service and products – My wife and I had a new home built with roof tiled by Bristile Roofing. They did a marvelous job. We had solar panels put on the roof and a few tiles were broken upon installation. I phoned Bristile to get replacements (as the tiles are not widely stocked by manufacturers or roofers) and the tiles were not only delivered to us by Bristile within a… Read more
few days but were free of charge as well as was delivery. They are wonderful people to deal with (the manager, inspected our new roof personally), their service is terrific, and prices more than competitive. We would recommend them to anyone.
