Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat Electric Outdoor

Very disappointing – After getting an area design from Bromic, they suggested the Platinum 3400kw Smart heat electric heater for my outdoor space - one of their more expensive models. I was considering another of their products which was cheaper and potentially gave off more heat. But they only recommended this one even when I spoke to them a second time. They said that this one was better looking for residential areas and just as effective heat-wise for my area. Result: It takes about an hour to get to full capacity and even then barely warms my very small outdoor area. I still have to wear a warm jacket and rug up to sit out there. A very disappointing and expensive experience. I do not recommend this product. I do not trust the company to give an honest design assessment.
