The product was not as advertised. The shape is big, round-ended (not pointed as advertised) and not feathered as shown in adverts. It looks unnatural. When I asked to return it for a full refund, as advertised, I was told that I would have to return it from Australia to the east coast of America, even though it had been sent to me in Canberra from Sydney. Postage to the US for the product is AUD$22.30. The product cost me AUD$23. When I pointed out to the company that this was not economical and also unreasonable, I was told that if I didn't return the product to the US, I would only receive a 35% refund of AUD$8. I reiterated to the company that this was unfair. Their final offer remained at 35% refund.
