***DO NOT BUY*** – We bought 4 i26 machines. We had problems from the get go. The machines are manufactured in China with cheap inferior part, not the German parts they tout. service and their machines are lousy. Later after fair trading we where told that we’d mis used their machines using a sub standard slush or mix. We’d been using a far superior, Italian product called PreGel and they knew it. So no money back and a complete business breakdown. Do not deal with these shonks!
Poor service and machine breaks down often – 2 main issues with Brullen. 1. the machine breaks often. 2. cannot get timely parts or find anyone who wants to help with speed of resolution in mind. Disappointing for a small business use.
