Spent $1000s On these fragrances, but the last few we’ve tried — one unisex and two women’s — barely last an hour on skin or clothing. Very disappointing after so many great experiences in the past. Show details
Follow-up · Took a long time and lots of emails but they asked for it to be sent back for them to evaluate and after a week offered a replacement or refund we chose a replacement
I don’t have sensitive skin, but I experienced stinging and burning after using a Bujarami fragrance. Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one affected. I hope the reaction is temporary, but this is an important warning for anyone considering their products.
Burns the skin – After speaking to a staff member and sending photos to their business number as asked, I was advised I would get a full refund for the welts and burns to my son’s skin. When I went in to do so the store manager [Name Removed] was very dismissive and refused despite the proof of correspondence and skin burn. I also had proof of purchase and all original packaging. Zero customer service. Disgraceful
