No confidence in retailer at all – I ordered some of this product however it was cancelled and my money was supposed to have been refunded . smell was awful and I think that’s why my puppy didn’t like it. I wanted to return for a refund but the site says I have to return to the USA so I guess I’m down about $44.99 Aussie dollars .

FRAUDULENT… – I didn’t authorised any auto subscription or signed up any automatic subscription. Please cancel my subscription. It’s not fair when I didn’t signed nor agreed subscription. I’m pretty sure it’s fraudulent..so please cancel my account asap
Auto subscription not requested – FRAUD COMPANY!!!! affairs about their business practices and my bank about a fraudulent transaction which wasn't approved by me....buyer beware, they just out to scam people into regular sales without your permission.....I won't be ever using this company again
Had some challenges, but they sorted it – We bought their product. Had a few challenges with our account not being closed but all in the midst of covid so understand. Jumped up and down they quickly refunded items not requested. Thank you Bully Max
