Bush BVC2301

Terrible – I cannot recommend this product at all. Mine may well have been a lemon however the follow up service was appauling. I cannot recommend a brand, however I can definately NOT recommend any "BUSH" products just on back up service alone. I have been told to wait until the 12 months runs out and then use the extended warranty from a 3rd party supplier(lucky I took that out!!). It worked fine when it worked. (Lasted 6 months) Last 6 months. Absolutely no back up service from the store to the manufacturer. Warranty was not honoured after 6 months (12 month warranty). Sat on hold for hours trying to get service and satisfacation over this product and it never came.
