Customer service is very poor – Unit lasted 10 minutes poor customer service very poor communication

Hi Greg, We've done everything we can to provide the best customer service possible. We have acknowledged the fault with the unit and are replacing it completely, free of charge. As stated, it may take a week for your dealer to receive the new unit. Your dealer will be in contact once it has arrived at the shop.

Great lightweight unit – We bought the red series to go with our other bushranger products. It's easy to use, battery lasts 45 minutes. Does a great job Fantastic after sales service Thanks Bushranger. I have no hesitation recommending their products
