Worst consumer experience and poor quality mower – Disappointed purchase at Tweed Mower Centre. This machine is only 7 months old and paint has peeled off and rust is rapidly deteriorating the underneath. Staff at the shop have been aggressive and unhelpful and insist they did a warranty claim which was 'apparently rejected'. Currently pending formal complaint with Fair Trading as I want a full refund. Company has failed with their consumer guarantee. This machine is unlikely to last a couple of years at this point. Tweed Mower Centre say its general wear and tear.. as by the images provided, the machine looks 10 years old
