In powder – Once again caught with Bad reaction(for some time) with SULFITES, in some of our australian products, They hide it in small letters at lower part of labels, When I contact Cabots , they did Not!! care as it doesn't affect them. Muscle Recovery – Cabot has one of the better quality magnesium supplement. After trying several others including the Ultima replenishing range which only has 100mg of magnesium, this is definitely the one to go to for a higher magnesium content. Taste being subjective.....well...one star off.

Who needs sleeping tablets! – I found this magnesium to be far superior to others I have purchased. I find the powdered form to be better assimilated I suggest taking the recommended dose at night before bedtime assists with sleep,& magnesium is better absorbed when your resting.
