The worst! They have treated a small store like mine like dirt over the years.
Git the order eventually but I was charged $33 for delivery only $10 less than what I ordered. Never again
Horrible experience. Their deliveries have always missing/short items, then they ask you to fill a claim form which asks for tooo many details, then they don't get back to you. You call them several times, finally they confirm and then you wait for the refund payment ages. To work with this company is a torture!!! If I could find the frozen products they sell at a different supplier I would have definetely left this company. It is just a TORTURE!
Don't bother just go to Coles or woollies it a joke – It's not worth the trouble just go to Cole or woollies

accept it, mistake happens 4. The refund process is a pain, too much time taken and they make it hard as if it's your fault not theirs 5. No sale rep to look after the accounts, you buy or not buy they don't care The owners of this company should be ashamed to run the business like this. Horrible

I’m only a very small business and this actually crippled me because I could not trade for the 3 busiest days in Jan. I could not replace stock and I’ve been told they’ve refunded me once again but I won’t receive it for a few days.
Terrible communication, didn't deliver all items, battle for a refund – I bought from Campbells for the first time, and it was awful. items were so damaged they couldn't be unloaded. I ended up with part of another business's order and missing several of the heavy, pretty urgent things I was after. I immediately emailed to report the problem (the driver was very nice though) and they lodged an investigation. Asked for photos of the damage which I supplied. There I heard...nothing. I followed up several times over nearly two weeks and finally had to ask for a refund, even though what I had been asking for all along was the items I'd ordered to be delivered. No reply. I chased again. Then another department emailed me an old school paper form where I had to write my credit card details to get a refund. The form actually said this was so they could debit me and the entire thing looked as PCI-compliant as an old toaster. I had to write all over it to ensure my cc details were as safe as I could make them. No actual correspondence, no sorry, no "this isn't how we typically operate, I'm very sorry this was your first experience, we'll do better next time" etc. I asked for the $30 shipping to be refunded as I hadn't gotten much of what I'd ordered. Nope. Well if you're running a business like me, just be aware that they will refuse shipping refunds which will push your COGS price up to the point it never made sense to shop with them. I'll stick with MOCO Food Services from now on. At least I get what I pay for and it's not on me to chase them for weeks and not even get an acknowledgement. It was an excruciating experience and I'll dance a little jig when they eventually go out of business.

office to be initially advised, due to some depot issues with the trucks, there were delays. As such the truck had not yet left the depot, and as a result the delivery would be late. No phone call received from Campbells to advise of the delays so alternate arrangements could be made. I spoke to the Manager to be told in fact the truck was on the road but due to depot issues the trucks arrival would be delayed. As a direct result of the very late delivery my work commitments were impacted and I lost a days work. To add further injury the driver finally arrived, parked the refrigerated truck 10 metres from my house, and slowly walked all my frozen purchases, in stifling 35 degree heat to my residence. This is despite me insisting he park the truck in front of my house for a quicker delivery. The driver shrugged his shoulders didn't care. I also discover a missing item on the invoice. I speak to the Manager and discover they had run out of stock but again no phone call to advise. After my insistence the Manager agreed to refund me the cost of freight to compensate me for the extremely poor customer service and seriously dodgy freight handling. Especially when seafood was a large part of my order. My advise is shop around and buyer beware!
Terrible service – Have not received my order which was ordering over a month ago. Have had 0 communication, and when I call I get put on hold and cut off almost immediately
One star is a generous review – They deliver days/weeks later than promised, and routinely leave out items from our orders without notifying us of a change. The number of times they've lost our payment details is ludicrous. not sure whether they have an endless supply of clueless staff who have no means of contacting each other, or if they just prefer to pass you from employee to employee until you're too frustrated to actually rectify one of the many issues you will undoubtedly have with your order. Do not shop here if you can avoid it, it is very likely you will be sorely disappointed.
Cancel Your Order After 8 Days From Purchased – This is a very disappointed service! I have been sitting at home waiting your delivery for 8 days as self quarantine. Now you tell me the order is cancelled. If your items are out of stock you shouldn't enable the shopping option for customer. This is very misleading and I think you're take caring the bulk buying customer. This is my first purchase and I won't try to purchase again from your shop!
Late by days – They don't deliver on time. They were ok when their Alexandria warehouse was operational but it closed and Northmead dispatch is completely unreliable. My order is days late and their office is not helpful as they don't have systems in place to track deliveries and reply on a chain of phone calls so they can always blame shift within their company.
Misleading consumers – This is a warehouse style retail establishment with a big sign that says wholesale and customers welcome. EVERY thing they sell is more expensive than Costco / even some items more expensive than coles and Woolworths. Customers are being mislead with a low price tag in large font and very small font with a price for single item. Then they add GST to the price. Not sure how they can even be in business this way by misleading consumers.
