over two dozen deliveries with quality issues serious enough to warrant complaints. This wasn’t an isolated bad experience — it became a recurring problem.

After repeatedly raising legitimate concerns about the quality of my deliveries, I was eventually banned, with Woolworths claiming I had “multiple accounts” — something I never knowingly had.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had been a loyal Woolworths customer for decades. After two years of ongoing issues, I would have expected my concerns to be taken seriously. Instead, I ultimately found myself without an account.

That experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Woolworths. Prospective customers should read the reviews carefully — they are certainly eye-opening — and make their own decision.

For me, after decades of loyalty, enough was enough. The final response to my appeal was particularly disappointing and, in my view, completely lacking in empathy and human decency.

Buyer beware.

cleaning product. It came in small trigger bottles or larger containers. As it needed to be strong for my application, I called to check if all of the sizes were the same strength. Cleaners Supermarket checked with the manufacturer for me and found that small trigger packs were diluted. I asked to change my order but either there was a mix up, or I was too late and I received the diluted version. Cleaners Supermarket sent me out the proper stuff, without delay, at no charge. To be fair, it was the manufacturer's fault anyway, for not putting this information on the containers.

I am very impressed with the support I received from Cleaners Supermarket and would highly recommend them.
