Inconsistent pricing across stores with SUPA IGA being the cheapest, kinda makes sense because the bigger stores are cheaper.

If you get the specials in the catalogue, the prices are the same as they would be if the same products were also on special at other supermarkets now. It is nice that IGA has an app where you can get cashback on certain products.

I love supporting my local IGA but just wish more products were cheaper or had a homebrand version.

Bought 4 x hot rotisserie chickens. When I got home the chickens were raw on the inside. I put them in the oven to cook and they turned green. This is a major health hazard. Salmonella poisoning can kill!

only people they can afford to hire are 14 year olds and their prices are 5 times what ANY other grocery shop has. I don't know how they get any customers, but my buisness with THEM is DONE.

On more than one occassion have bought chicken that's off. Too many times, the produce is poor and the 'fresh' herbs: parsely, citantro etc, are too often wilted and fit for compost, not for sale. I don't trust the products at the Supabarn Kingston

cleaning product. It came in small trigger bottles or larger containers. As it needed to be strong for my application, I called to check if all of the sizes were the same strength. Cleaners Supermarket checked with the manufacturer for me and found that small trigger packs were diluted. I asked to change my order but either there was a mix up, or I was too late and I received the diluted version. Cleaners Supermarket sent me out the proper stuff, without delay, at no charge. To be fair, it was the manufacturer's fault anyway, for not putting this information on the containers.

I am very impressed with the support I received from Cleaners Supermarket and would highly recommend them.
