Overall, customers express strong satisfaction with Harris Farm Markets, frequently praising the exceptional freshness of the produce, the convenience of the online ordering platform, and the prompt delivery service. While a small subset of reviews indicates occasional challenges with online order accuracy, missing items, or unapproved substitutions, the general sentiment remains highly positive. Consumers appreciate the unique product variety and quality that differentiates these markets from traditional supermarkets.
Bought 1.8kg scotch fillet bulk pack on the 6/9, with an expiry date of 22/9 ($46, including $10 off per kg promotion). Upon opening the bag, the smell was atrocious. I have never smelt anything like it. It immediately made me ill. The date is either incorrect, or there are larger problems here. I’m not from the area of the store I visited (Bondi); I have reached out several times via phone, chat AND email and no response. Crickets.
Veggie value box was amazing. Great quality with a huge amount and selection. Only downside was there was no onions or potatoes which are staples but the variety and quality I received well and truly made up for this. I would order again without hesitation. Delivery was quick and seamless.
When you stop going to Coles and Woolworth because all of their so called foods are toxic and made in lab even produce items are covered with pesticides and decide to go to local market like Harris Farm and pay premium higher prices, you think it must be worth it or great quality but in my experience not only Harris Farm is overpriced and items… Read more
go bad and they leave it on shelves or mostly their system always fail to scan the items as it is on special and overcharge you but also you never know what will happen if you buy a single ingredient item could be that toxic or fake and mislead the shoppers. Look at the photo I took thinking oh I buy fish and it’s healthy no additives or chemicals but this says tuna but it is not actually tuna. In restaurants or sushi bars, cheap or "white tuna" (or escolar) is sometimes sold in place of true tuna. The Health Risk: Escalar contains indigestible natural wax esters that human bodies cannot break down, which can lead to severe digestive issues or gastrointestinal distress.I had pain and diarrhoea for weeks ended up in hospital and ultimately blood coming out my colon like running water. Fake tuna fish is banned in other countries but Australia. Look at that photo and do not buy that fish unless you want to hurt yourself and your family. It is toxic and not for human consumption.to the moderator : stop asking for receipts nobody hold on to receipts weeks after shopping I was in hospital and me and my family suffered and I want to help people to not make the same mistake as I did. My colleagues told me don’t you know seafood fraud is a huge problem in Australia? Because cooking does not remove wax esters, food safety authorities advise retailers and restaurants to accurately identify the fish and explicitly warn consumers about potential laxative side effects But they don’t. It is time for us people to take care of each other so moderator it is good for your own health too so don’t stop my voice to reach people.

Highly recommend the fruit and veg boxes!!! Beautiful quality. The best.
Convenient ordering system, quality produce was delivered and fast - very impressed, thank you
Dural store- fantastic thanks so much. Very happy with the order.
We used the service for the first time and found it very convenient. We were able to select the time and location for delivery, and the parcel was dropped off directly at our unit door within our unit complex, It's especially helpful for busy families. The website was easy to use, and we would definitely recommend it. We were a bit worried since… Read more
they use Uber for delivery, but the product arrived in a sealed box, with everything securely packed. Unlike Woolworths, where items are in individual bags, this is much neater and more helpful. As a family, we would definitely recommend this service.
Your new map directions; are terrific!!! CONGRATLATIONS. Best idea ever. Allen Barnett
I’ve paid $54.99 for a butterfly lamb shoulder, uber delivered the Harris farm order but it wasn’t in the package? Please tell me how you can get this - will you deliver? If not - please refund.
Further to my previous issue on not having the lamb shoulder included in my order - whoever packed this order provided the wrong grapefruits - look here… 2 normal and 1 tiny? I can’t be charged for the 3rd small grapefruit.

Fast delivery from uber drivers. Great selection of products. Need access to local products online next please eg uprising products
Follow-up · I’d like to access Naked uprising products via online ordering. Kommunity brew tropical ale is often out of stock. I’d like to order that each time too. Great saurkraut selection. Delivery was within time frame and fast turnaround (2-4hours). Free delivery. $5 service fee. Products are sometimes too close or past expiry (especially dairy). Pickers need to check. Veg great quality.
Overcharging or misleading advertising – I think the products are generally good quality. I bought Portabello Mushrooms because they were on special at $7.99/kg. I was charged as if they were flat mushrooms at $16.99/ kg. I did not see this until I got home. I was also charged $7.99/kg for… Read more
imperfect granny Smith apples that were in a green bag and advertised at $2.99/ kg. I picked this up at the checkout and was then charged the correct price. However I was busy packing my bags when the mushrooms were scanned so did not see the overcharging. Two overcharging mistakes in one transaction is too (two) many. I have noticed this type of occurrence before at HFM. It is a shame because it deters me from shopping there. Boronia Park was the store. I did get reimbursed the overcharged amount the next time I went to the store after presentation of the receipt.
Follow-up · I did get a refund when I next returned with the receipt. It would be better not to be overcharged though. I rarely shop at HFM now as this was not an isolated case of overcharging.

Just had the most disgusting prawns ever. Soggy. Impossible to peel. Impossible to devein. Absolutely tasteless. I will never buy prawns here again. They weren’t even packaged with ice. Unbelievable. Yuk. Yuk. Yuk. Yuk. Yuk.
Follow-up · Smelt ok. From Harris Farm Markets. 6/6/26..

Love Harris Farm Albury. However I am disappointed today to find that they are no longer making the store ground almond butter and peanut butter. Please bring it back.
Order arrived the same day, it were missing just one thing, I just called for the customer service to have a refund and they were super fast at replying and made me notice that in the invoice they already have started the refund procedure for the missing item. Super efficient
The food provided was excellent and fresh. However, the delivery experience was not optimal. The package was delivered to Unit 3 instead of Unit 2, despite clear instructions provided in my delivery notes and during a phone call with the delivery personnel. Please be advised that Unit 3 is situated at the top of a substantial staircase. Due to… Read more
my current health condition, which necessitates a hip replacement, I was unfortunately unable to receive the delivery. However, I am grateful to the gentleman who works at the coffee shop across the road for his assistance. He was able to retrieve the delivery for me so that I could take possession of it. It is often the small details that are most significant. Thanks Tony

2 things not supplied. Not notified. Not refunded correct amount. Email sent but not answered. Not good enough Harris Farm. I won’t be ordering from you online again!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Harris Farm online order and the customer service that followed. I specifically ordered premium products because quality matters to me. I ordered organic minced meat and selected products made with better-quality ingredients, yet these were replaced without my approval. My avocado oil chips were… Read more
substituted with regular classic sea salt chips cooked in seed oils, which completely defeated the purpose of my original selection. I also ordered a specific bread, which was replaced with a different product without any notification or approval.
When I noticed the substitutions, I contacted customer service and clearly explained that I did not want the replacements and would rather wait for the correct products. I was assured that my order would be delivered the following day with the correct items instead of substitutes. However, the next delivery arrived with several items still missing, and no automatic refund was issued for the products I never received.
To make matters worse, I had to contact customer service again to request a refund. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me to "just wait" rather than listening to my concerns or providing clear assistance. The level of customer service was unacceptable.
I requested an updated invoice showing what I had actually received and was told this could not be done. I then asked for written confirmation of the refund, which was eventually emailed to me. Even then, the refund amount was incorrect, and I had to point out the error and ask for it to be corrected.
What should have been a straightforward grocery order turned into multiple phone calls, incorrect substitutions, missing items, refund mistakes, poor communication, and frustrating customer service. Customers who pay premium prices for specific products should not receive lower-quality replacements without approval, nor should they have to chase refunds and corrections themselves.
This experience fell far below the standard I expected from Harris Farm, and I will be seriously reconsidering whether I use their online ordering service again.
Utterly disgusted bought two chickens today 14.6.26 , expiry date 16.6.26. Got home an hour later and opened them. The stench was appalling as both were clearly off. I attempted to contact store but contact details incorrect - one call went to security the other star car wash. Ive e mailed but no response as yet Not good enough. Selling poultry that is off is extremely dangerous. Will never purchase from this shop again Extremely disappointed.

Went to the fish section at 6.30pm. Harris farm close 10pm. Bought a whole 2kg salmon. they cleaned it roughly. bought a kilo whiting. they refused to clean it and said they were packing up. all the fish were set up as usual. No packing up. the two guys there were just talking. the signs say we will clean for you. I wrote as complaint but Harris farm ignored it. Fish is good there but service can be a challenge depending on who you get.
As a Canadian traveling in Australia for extended stays, the meal kits available for order online are such a convenient way to meal plan. The meal offerings are varied so you can please your family. We’ve ordered about 6 meal kits from Harris Farm and we’ve been satisfied with each one.

In this order I received an out of date product: Yalla hummus with an expiry date of 26 April. Sent on the 1st of May. Not too happy about that. I’m a constant customer. Thank you for your attention.Best regards.
I gave up on getting produce, milk and meat from Woolies online because it was last in first out for online shoppers (i.e. about to go off in 1 -2 days). Thought I'd give Harris Farm a go, even though on average things are a bit more expensive (but I'm a time poor mum!). I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of everything received (good… Read more
quality, tasty, and with at least 1 week expiry on fresh items). Insofar as this quality continues, I'm happy to pay the premium and be a repeat customer!
Wanted to buy meat, I was completely ignored at counter whilst staff joked and mucked around, I wasn’t in a hurry so patiently waited for about 4 minutes or longer, they knew I was there they could see me so I decided put my hand up and I asked… Read more
for service, the staff made fun of me and behaved like school yard bullies. There at work, all they had to do was be nice and be respectful instead they chose to be ugly. I pushed my trolly to the side and left there store and will never return. Zero stars
Follow-up · When I put my hand up a couple of the staff joked oh god where does she think she is, one of them said you don’t need our permission love you can just go, followed by laughter and other comments then one of the group stepped from behind the counter looked at me laughed and walked away, at this stage I realised I was not going to get served they… Read more
To Harris Farm Team, Re: Pricing Discrepancy at Pittwater Road Store Hi, I've noticed discrepancies between shelf prices and what I'm charged at checkout. Moving forward, I'd like to ensure prices match the shelf. If I'm overcharged, please adjust the price accordingly. Thanks for sorting this out. Cheers, Siavash
Follow-up · It was biscuit price on the shelf $33 but took my bank cart $39/99 . Yes sh did return $5 to my account Actually for me too times
I’ve been using Harris Farm online shopping and overall I’m very happy. The produce is fresh and good quality, and the website is easy to use. I like that they offer both organic foods and Imperfects. Deliveries have been very reliable and well packed. I’ll definitely keep ordering.
Wanted to pass on a HUGE thank you and appreciation to Blake who was working today, Thursday the 1/4/26. Harris Farm Lane Cove is my local and I genuinely love it, but I have to single out a team member named Zeron for going so far above and beyond. I was in a mad rush to get to my daughter's school musical and had picked up a gorgeous bunch of roses with coloured baby's breath. The flowers had been sitting in water and the bottom half had no… Read more
wrapping — which was a real issue, because we were giving them to one of the show's lead performers who wouldn't be finished on stage until 9pm. It was only 5:45pm, so those flowers needed to stay fresh and hydrated for over three hours before they'd even be received. The in-store florist had already packed up for the day.
Zeron didn't hesitate. He grabbed a freezer bag from the fruit section, filled it with water, wrapped the stems in tissue paper, used a rubber band to hold everything together, then wrapped the whole bunch in beautiful florist paper with a lovely tie to finish. It looked absolutely professional.
He was fast, warm, creative and calm under pressure. We made it to the show on time and the flowers were still gorgeous when presented after the performance. Zeron is a credit to the Lane Cove team. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been an online shopper for past few months ... love the fresh delicious fruit and vegetables that are chosen for me ... plus all the other treats available... big fan
