I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I was sent $100 worth of incorrect capsules, and when I contacted customer service, I was simply told to take them to the post office and return them — with no apology, no support, and no gesture of goodwill. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, I was offered 15%… Read more

off a future order. Unfortunately, this isn’t meaningful, as free shipping requires a minimum $70 spend, and a 10‑pack of capsules already attracts a 15% discount. If I ordered less than $70, I would have had to pay for shipping which isn't covered in the 15% discount. In effect, I was offered no compensation at all, despite the error being entirely on their end.

Being expected to spend my own time and effort returning incorrect items, with no genuine attempt to rectify the situation, is incredibly disappointing and well below the level of service I would expect.

Ordered coffee based on the statement on their website that they “roast coffee to order.” Based on the roast date on the bag, along with my order and delivery dates, the beans I received were roasted approximately 5–6 days before I placed the order and were around 9 days old on arrival. Their FAQ also states that coffee may be shipped within a… Read more

week of roasting.

In my view, this does not align with how I understood the “roast to order” statement at the time of purchase.

Coffee bean is great but poor customer service and experience. Paid for delivery but have to pick up twice from local post office. Complained to Campos customer service and not very helpful. Taking my business elsewhere. Show details

Arrivederci Campos. We have been getting Campos beans delivered to our home for many years. We have experienced occasions with long delivery wait times but the coffee was always good. Recently the quality of the beans dropped sharply. I taste the sharp bitterness of robusta beans and the creme is pale and flavourless. We have moved on.

Terrible subscription customer service – Great coffee but not so great customer service recently . I’ve been brewing my own coffee at home for at least 7 years now and have had a Campos monthly subscription for $91 for at least five years. For some unknown reason my December subscription was delivered to my old address, in another state - an address that I’ve not lived in for almost two… Read more

years! No point trying to speak to anyone at Campos on the phone - calls just go to voicemail and no one gets back to you! Campos ‘ response when they finally replied to my email complaint: “we apologise for this issue and are doing everything on our end to resolve it but you will have to wait until the parcel is sent back to us from Sydney and then we’ll forward it on to you in QLD!” Have you ever heard of anything quite so ridiculous!! I replied that that wasn’t good enough and they needed to resolve the matter in a week or cancel my subscription. And guess what? They cancelled my subscription!! Unbelievable!! They clearly don’t value their customers so don’t bother with a Campos subscription because when they make a mistake, they are likely to cancel your subscription rather than resolve the issue! A shame really because I really loved their coffee but the whole experience has been most disappointing!

Wrong tracking, useless customes service .. and no one cares – They simply don't care! Placed an order 2 weeks ago, still haven't received it. Followed up only to get copy paste replies Phone number goes tp voicemail. Then finally got sent a tracking number that doesn't relate to my order and got shipped a week before I placed mine to the wrong State too!! The level of lack of care is outstanding .. Safe to say, I will not be brewing campos at home ever again. Show details

On the 10th day of Christmas my true love said to me “where is the coffee?” – On the 10th day of Christmas my true love said to me “where is the coffee?”. I ordered on the 30th of November and then heard nothing. On 10th of December I followed up with campos to see if my order had been sent. Guess what! In an amazing coincidence it was all of a sudden packed and ready to be collected by the courier. I really hope the coffee is good because the service is appalling.

Bar Attendants are gross – Today (21/06/2024) me and my friend went for a coffee in Campos Coffee, Sydenham just to relax, have some good time and while my friend was drinking his coffee, he opened the cup cover and he found a small hair from one of the bar attendants that were making his coffee. Also I asked for a Caramel Latte with Oat Milk and it tasted like Cappuccino… Read more

with regular milk but luckily I didn’t find any hair on my coffee. From my perspective, these bar attendants weren’t being careful at all while making a simple coffee, they were laughing all the time and talking very loudly which is kinda annoying and disrespectful towards customers that want to relax from their busy schedules through the week. I have a photo proof as well, I’ll upload it once I finish writing this review, they both should get fired and find some housekeeping jobs to do for living if they want to talk loudly, being a bar attendant is a professional workplace, not a playground!!

Too slow & don't care – It takes more than 4 business days to ship an order, not the 1-3 days as stated on the website. When I cancel the order because it won't arrive in time I get a non-automated response stating it will take 2 business days to review my message and respond. Terrible service, no customer focus or care. Shop elsewhere to save time & hassle. There are… Read more

Excellent Nespresso capsules – Campos Superior Capsules are as close to a cafe quality coffee as my Nespresso Creatista machine can manage. Bought 100 capsules and use a couple every day.

Great Coffee, Website not so great – Fanstastic tasting coffee, unfortunately their website is awful. Slow and freezes when trying to get to cart. Rang the Newtown cafe, they told me to keep trying. Um...no. I don't have the time to keep refreshing website that doesn't work. Show details

Best Coffee ever, but depends on skills of the barista – I love Campos coffee, it's the best. But to get an extra hot soy latte depends on the skills of the Batista. The soy milk must be Bonsoy brand, if Batista knows how to heat up the soy milk to just the right temperature without making the milk curdle up, and not too much foam on top, then you will love the taste of your Campos coffee :) but not all… Read more

Batista are trained or experienced enough to know how to make a good cup of coffee. Have the beans freshly grounded from cafe is better than those prepacked bags in Woolies.

Love campos, but not in Albury – Originally from Sydney, former user of Campos at my own espresso bar. Why is that in Albury we can only get the coffee at a donut shop that makes the coffee like a country bakery. I’m particular but most Campos accounts would take an order properly first and then fulfil the order to exacting standards. Double shot was there maybe, milk thin… Read more

and so full it spilt leaving no foam or crema.

Sort your accounts out or let someone who cares have the product. Usually love it

Campos Pods are hit and miss. Mostly miss – I don’t mind campos coffee from a cafe so when I saw the pods available at woolies, I thought I’d try them. I bought the Chapel St blend and when I tried the first pod, it didn’t work as it should. Upon inspection, It seems it punctured through the back of the pod but didn’t puncture the front (circular) I then tried another one and it worked… Read more

fine. Third time I tried, it was fine again.

Then the forth, fifth and sixth attempts all had the same problem as my first attempt.

I thought maybe my machine was playing up, so I tried a different branded Nespresso pod and it worked perfectly.

I’m not sure if this was a dud batch with incorrect measurements, but there is definitely something up with either the size of the pods or material of the pods.

Image attached showing what I mean by not punctured.

Hoping they fix this so I can try again with no issues.

I tried so many coffee's when i was in sydney for 2 weeks. I love coffee – And I found a Campos stall in Bondi junction. I loved it. Had it everyday. Brought back 2 bags to Bali. Now all other coffee has just not been doing it for me, and i know some what i thought where good roasters in Bali.. Someone is coming to Bali with a kilo of superior for me next week. Those 1 star reviews here must be your competitors Campos. As you got your coffee very sorted. Thank you. Show details

Bitter & burnt after taste – Not a nice coffee, bitter & burnt taste. Also forget the other Rubbish brands like Victoria & Lavazza. The best coffee is Merlo. Specifically speaking Merlo Colombia, Forza, Zuri, Ariba Ariba & Brazil RFA. Merlo is freshly packed in air tight sealed bags & tastes as good as it smells. It's also competitively priced. It's the best coffee in the world.
