Cancer Council Tinted Moisturiser SPF30+

Surprised how nicely it goes on – Very inexpensive, doesn't clog pores and was surprised how nicely it goes on with pretty good coverage. I live in a humid area so will usually put a little setting powder on top to stop looking oily.
Holy Grail of Tinted Mosisturisers – I am currently using the Honey Beige and I love it. I have oily to normal skin, with an asian complexion (yellow undertone) and it is extremely difficult for me to find an ideal everyday wear foundation that is light, has great cover (but is not heavy) and doesn't make my face look like an oil covered pan after an hour of wear. I am very cautious about using very chemical based products as it ends up making my skin breakout. I have a bit of red imperfections throughout my face, with a few acne scars around my cheeks. I don't have a lot of pimples but my skin is very breakout prone. I love wearing makeup that is natural looking (so doesn't look like a Saturday night wear). I have tried a lot of different tinted moisturisers (including BB Creams and CC Creams) but I have found that this product is amazing quality and for the price, it beats all the other high class/popular brands currently out there. To my knowledge Priceline is selling it for $14.30 AU which is ridiculous for what you are getting out of it.
Pros:
- Knowing Cancer Council products they are suitable for sensitive skin and has amazing SPF rating (UVA/UVB)
- Goes on smooth and flawless
- Sets in to your skin instantly (I wear primer before hand and it completely disappears, looking like it's my normal skin colour instead of most which sits on top of the skin)(keeping in mind it does look very thick when you first squeeze it on to your hand but it disappears instantly once on your face and feels like you are not wearing foundation at all)
- Gives you just enough coverage to make it look very natural and gives you that natural glow
- Covers the red imperfections on my face without me having to put concealer on them before hand
- Very suitable for daily use
- Quantity and Quality ratio is amazing
- Only need to a little squeeze of it to cover your whole face and neck.
Cons:
- It is a very natural looking foundation/moisturiser, so I would not recommend it for people who have very bad acne or bad pimples (can see bumps in the skin) because it only gives you just enough coverage to even skin colour but won't hide visible skin perfections
- For people with very oily skin, your T zones will still look a little shiny after a while of wearing it (the corner of my nose still gets a little shiny but nothing minimal blotting can't handle, but my forehand, rest of the nose and skin still looked perfect after 9 hours of wear)
- Like the majority of sunscreens it will not protect you all day if you are in the sun. Water and perspiration will diminish the SPF cover, thus you will have to reapply it every 2 hours
- For the perfect results, it is recommended that you apply the product after you clean and dry your face otherwise it will not set properly on already oily covered pores
- Like most cosmetics (besides mineral powder based products not liquids), it is recommended that you discontinue use after 6+ months of having the product
- For your product to properly stay on, you will have to set it with a translucent setting powder otherwise it will wipe off extremely easily

Excellent – Most tinted moisturizers I know are SPF 15, unless you get the high-end department store brands which are SPF 30 or 60. The Cancer Council's tinted moisturizer is SPF 30 and it only cost about $11, so I love to use this in summer, when SPF 15 is too low. It gives light sheer coverage that evens out my skin tone without clogging my pores or sliding off skin. Great coverage that's not too thick. The price is very affordable. It's from the Cancer Council, supporting cancer. SPF 30 protection so it's perfect for a hot Aussie summer!
Everyday Perfection! – This product is perfect for everything! Perfect everyday product, l have sensitive skin and l have never found a single problem with this product, l even make sure l'm have one spare because l use it that much. One tube lasts a long time and its so affordable, but best part is the SPF+ 30 and that its created by the Cancer Council so you know its legit!
l've used everything from Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Inika, Natio all different price points and this $16 a tube tinted moisturiser is the best yet!
Wear alone without moisturiser, wear over primer, mix with your foundation for a more natural look, no need for powder (unless mixing with foundation) - options are endless.
Makeup Staple! Versatile, reliable, durable, blends easily - can't even tell its on!
