Excellent – My wife and I bought one each over two years ago so we got a good deal at the time. Hers seems to flatten batteries quicker than mine - can't explain that one... It's comfortable to hold, feels solid in the hand and the stability thingy takes good zoomed shots without a tripod easily. It works fine as a movie camera as well, though don't expect much 'zoomability' as the image will be grainy. I've also used it successfully at night taking pics of the local fauna by spotlighting them with a torch. A good, mid-priced, full function workhorse. Reliable and easy to use. The SD memory card and AA batteries are easy to access for changeover and being non-propriety items (generic) they are easy to source. Great screen on the unit and it's supplied with a mini-USB to RCA lead for connecting to just about any TV. I'm still dubious about the menu - I was looking for some diagnostic in there once and accidentally formatted the memory card losing a hundred or so irreplaceable photos. Not Happy Jan!!!
